As a business man... I had a great time . The location is great, many restaurant and access to main street, the room is small.. only 11 sqft. But again as a business man it's fine . The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was clean each day 😊 the Coffe is great, the crossisant was good . Recommended

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars due to the non-compliance with the quality standards of the rooms and the inattention of the cleaning staff. Especially considering the high room rates. The bathrooms are old and in urgent need of renovation and modernization. The bath cover and tiles are damaged in many places.

Not very well amaged”
Elevator did nt work the 3 days I was there Wake up call on first morning never arrived Coffee machine in breakfast roon did not work. WHen I compalined to the front desk, they made ma coffee from the bar. Not what you expect in a 4 star hotel.

Pleasant Boutique Hotel”
Arriving at the height of July summer afternoon heat, the rapid check in by proficient staff, and the clean shower and the effective air conditioning made this hotel a welcome respite. The renovation work was effective, including decor with solid wood furniture, quality drapes and bedding, and updated bathroom fixtures. The showerhead bracket was loose requiring use of the inconvenient handheld hose with shower barrier inadequate to keep water within the bath. Location was ideal, two blocks from the RER line direct from Paris CDG airport, and one block from a pedestrian side-street lined with grocery, bakery, speciality food and restaurants where it is possible to economize on food rather than the hotel meals. Public WIFI connection in the lobby was adequate, but plan ahead as there is only a single lobby electrical outlet to recharge laptops. We found the $160 Agoda high-season price a bit high, but within the four-start market value range in this area of Paris.

Location is great ... direct access from the airport (train from cdg and bus from orly)... room is small but clean ... reduced number of rooms ... so many restaurants around... montparnasse at a walking distance... overall very good

Boutique hotel in quiet arrondissement.”
This is the second visit to this hotel. We chose it because it was quiet and had good metro & RER connections. A big plus this time was the use of hotel provided mobile phone with access to internet - brilliant concept for travellers. The down side was lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room - I like my cup of tea. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, because we could get good "petit dejeuner" at nearby cafes for 2/3rds the cost. Another point to consider is the shower over a bath. For people with some limitations, having a shower could be difficult.

Fantastic location near the metro, trains and buses to Orly airport. Nice, clean rooms in an older style. Rooms huge for Paris! Would stay again. Wifi only in the lobby.

Old hotel, remodeled charmingly. Our room pleasant, medium sized, pretty good bathroom, some cupboards. Breakfast reasonably good. A tad overpriced, but this is Paris. Staff helpful

When I booked this hotel online, the detail show it's a 3 star hotel. But hotel tourism dept. of France graded it in 4 star. Although it's a surprise for me, but I don't think it has 4 star level as the facilities are little bit old and limited. I like their lift's design. When the lift moved, you can see a picture like many money on the tree. The location is ok & quiet. Near station denfert racheau and walk within 8 minutes.

All in all, I can't really complain, but they would do well to install a fully functional, yet still FREE LAN with CAT5 hookups into the walls. The "Free WIFI" didn't extend to my room, so I had to do all my internet surfing in the lobby. The elevator was finnikey at best.

The hotel was clean and friendly and the location was very convenient for my purpose. I would definitely recommend it to business travellers. The rate is quite high for the room and the service and I would never have booked if I had not had the Agoda discount.

Small space ”
Do not believe the pictures shown or this hotel! We booked a superior double and it was tiny! The bed with suitcases just about fitted in the room! The pictures in the website relate to one room on the top floor only! Very bad value for money !

Hotel not worth the money”
Price/quality not balanced. Extremely small room and bathroom. No internet on the room (for a 4* hotel) Bad skilled reception personnell, some of them wearing dirty clothes. Not recommendable compared the amount paid

Unseasonably hot. Units were turned to heat so there wan’t Any AC. We kept the windows open but there was so much life noise at night, we didn’t sleep well.

We stayed in villa Montparnasse in 2012 and that is why we stayed there again lovely small boutique hotel in a lovely area and close walking distance to all Paris sites will stay there again any time we return to Paris

Amazing location just steps away from metro station, restaurants l, and a local market with shops and bakeries. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offered nice variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend it and consider staying there again if I ever go back to Paris.
