It was just enough for 4 nights... But the location was excellent...”

Excelent location, quiet rooms. Good beds.

A rather strange entrance... Neglected equipment, there were only 4 chairs for 5 people (we should probably sit on the lap or on the bed), two chairs were the same and otherwise each one was different. Bad lighting, a broken door in the refrigerator, a non-ventilated toilet, for 4 nights and 5 people there were only two coffee capsules and one tea bag. Ha ha ha! The dishwasher had only one tablet (for 4 days for 5 people), the light in the bathroom is broken, one lamp in the room is not lit. The cabinet under the TV has a broken closure, the shoe rack is missing... It hasn't been painted for about 10 years, it's better not to look in the corners and under the bed... there are cobwebs hanging from the ceiling... well, there's a lot... I don't understand what the problem is to really invest a few euros for services and equipment and also take care of everything a little. It gave me the feeling that the apartment is so tidy, clean, worn out just to make money... Yes, the location, the location was excellent... This is actually the huge advantage that outweighs all the shortcomings... I don't normally write things off , but this time yes. Thank you for your attention.

You really can’t fault the location and the apartment was spacious enough for 5 people. It had a true Parisienne feel too which we loved.
Things I don’t like
The property could do with a really good clean and the kitchen facilities freshened up.

It was spacious and the location was perfect. The apartment is old but nice - Parisienne style. however the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

Nothing except the sofa bed in the living room.

Things I like
The location was amazing. Great shops and places to eat all around. Minutes from the river and a short walk to lots of the main attractions. Real "Paris" feel. We used the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed. All comfy. Fantastic use of space in the apartment. Shower was good. Apartment was cosy. The host waited on us arriving and accommodated us early. (Although we were held up in traffic for 40 minutes.)
Things I don’t like
some of the furniture and crockery is worn but all still fully functional and for Paris it is great value especially with the 3 separate areas for sleeping. They are doing up the stairs and the main entrance but the work didn't disturb us.

Strange damp smell in the gjest room. Slight confusion/miscommunication about check in/key locations. The place is a little dated and there was no diswashing liquid left (the host was quite attentive at replacing things though so may have been an oversight)
