affordable and decent hotel in paris”
it's not right in the middle of paris near champs elysees or something, but it does the job. our stay was very comfortable, the rooms are adequately-sized. the bathroom is a little old but it works. what's good about the hotel is that it is literally a 2-minute walk to a subway station (place d'italie) and from there you can basically go to any point in paris. there's also a kfc and a mcdonalds across the street and a host of chinese restaurants nearby.

Great location, Place de Italian metro at your doorstep. Located where the Italian town and china town is. Food is definitely not a problem here. With the Metro, you can get to any part of Paris in a whisk. Will stay here or other nearby hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. I must state that I stayed in this property several times even before it changes its name from Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has been renovated, the room is clean and bright. The staff speak English and friendly.

Nice hotel”
The hotel is a bit far from everything however the metro is across the road and is easy to get around. So when leaving the hotel to sight see it would be for the whole day. The staff in the morning were helpful. The staff in the afternoon were not helpful at all. We asked questions about the room and they could not give us any answers and replied with "I don't know" and left it at that. No further follow ups were initiated. The knowledge of the area was limited with afternoon staff also, they assumed we knew where everything was. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. It was more suited for business traveller than for people travellig for a holiday. The rooms were quite small but it was suffice for 2 friends travelling.

Good Hotel ”
Tim Hotel was in a great location, on 3 train lines, near a large department store with a huge supermarket below and some very fine wine bars and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. My only concern is Tim Hotel was a little lax with their toiletries, never replaced these and we stayed for 3 nights, and another concern was they had paper cups for coffee! Not a good choice, also not a lot either. Beds however were very comfortable and linen clean. I would recommend this hotel as price was pretty good for what you got.

this is a decent hotel ， location is not too far from the city， just one train u will arrive the city。we dont find it difficult to locate the hotel ，very near merto station。 stuffs are just not friendly i think。 i asked for phone service 。 she said i need to go down and give them my credit card number 。 but when i go thye said card number is in the computer system already。 and when i ask about the cost\rate to make a phone call， they said they didnt know。 16eur for 9min local call finally i was paying。 also， i asked for toilet paper， she said ＂not me＂thats it。 i wont call front desk if there is room keeping number i can call。

Great location but poorly maintained and scruff”
Located two minutes from Place d'Italie metro station, this hotel failed to impress. First of all, the lift. There's just one and it's the slowest we've ever seen (we stayed on the 5th floor). The rooms are ok in terms of size, the mattresses were good, too, however, the carpet was full of stains and dusty. There was a collection of dirt under the bed, too, and a number of smaller stains on the bedsheets. The bathroom was totally run down, there are broken tiles and even mold. In addition, the room had a poor sound insulation... this hotel was 3.5 stars, however, it deserves just two... the breakfast was very limited, too, and the coffee maker wasn't working. Verdict: For the first and the last time!

Great location 2 min. walking from Metro !”
As is was not our first time in the beutiful city - we spent it more in the non-touristic places - our recomandation include the following - Rue Montorgueil, Rue Mouffetard, Parc Buttes Chaumont (try to come when locals are there in weekends & holiday !), Orangegee museum, Small and original market - Rouges Marche des Enfants (very small but good france cheese), Parc Monceau, and the lovely Canal St- Martin! Enjoy your stay !

Convienient location, service a bit eratic”
we arrived early and were happy to be given a room, we had requested our second room to be on the same floor but after spending all day out, came back to find our room had not been cleaned or made ready for us, receptionist did not really care and this upset us. we were given a room finally on the 7th floor, other room on the 4th. The only other big problem was, they decided to carry out major electrical repairs on the hotel on the 19th Dec, so, no power avauilable for the whole day... no heating, no TV, no lights etc... that was very unfair and we were not offered ANY compensation or reduction of rate.

We lost our cash in the safe box at the hotel. Only found out when we got to London from an early morning flight. Contacted the hotel and they did everything to avoid responsibilities. Very disappointed. Avoid them if you can

Be aware of the extra charges that the website doesn't tell you ”
When we checked in I was prepared for the $12.00 Au to be charged for taxes as advised on my booking by Agoda instead it was $30 Au With limited language was difficult to dispute ending in I just payed. Agoda need's to be aware of this Or is it a scam from this hotel . Wasn't happy with an extra 20au added to the original booking. If I was aware I would of booked another hotel that was upfront on charges.
