Tianhe District hotels & accommodations

Stayed here on my inaugural trip to Guangzhou. My original hotel had unfortunately cancelled my reservation and I had to quickly find a new place to stay at. Booked a room on Agoda, which was confirmed immediately. And I loved my decision to stay with them! Guangzhou Boyi Hotel provided an excellent and clean room with modern furnishings that contributed to an excepti...

the rooms were ok, and i think a 4 star hotel can match up to the standard, but for the price, quite worth it. location was not convenient, it is about 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, so be prepared to take a cab from the nearest metro station or vice versa - but the cab ride is not expensive staff were overall ok, but the housekeeping service needs to ...

I chose this apartment/hotel because it's just 500m from Redtory Art Museum and design area. Apartments were spacious, and mine had a fantastic view of the Huangpu river. Staff were all courteous and efficient. As noted by a previous traveller, mattresses are quite firm, but tend to be so in China, and are of good quality. Breakfast was Chinese with a few Sinicized we...

WiFi would have been less frustrating had it not existed. Washing machine and AC controller did not work. No daily room cleaning. This hotel is in renovation. It has some rooms which are carpeted and some with tile. If you get the carpeted rooms, ask for a tile room. The carpet is the dirtiest I have ever seen at any hotel in 30 years. They do not vacuum and attempt to sweep it. Sweeping does not work with carpet. The tile rooms on the other hand were very clean.
