"Rooms are very nice, they are large and bed very comfortable. Dinner was excellent, bar service had some difficulty with our order, but it's a new hotel and they looked like they were still in training. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very nice hotel, although just here for a quick business trip, could easily stay here for several days."

"the room is really standard 5 stars hotel, the lobby is grand, the staff is nice, room is very okay. and my room has a very nice view, the hotel location is very convenient and the surrounding has restaurant, shopping and the most I like is outside is west lake, you can walk around outside after breakfast or dinner, the scenery is same as the west lake in Hangzhou. before I didn't except Huizhou is so nice, I'm sure I will go again and stay in this hotel."

"This hotel is good and lovely. We like it so much cos the location is good and convenience to tourist hot spot. The hotel is very clean and comfortable plus all the staff are very polite and friendly, even the cleaner also very polite and nice. "Everyone is in good manner, polite and helpful. Concierge captain, Ms. Betty, is wonderful, providing useful information, helping us in all aspects. Bell boys are pleasant, willing to help too. The only things is the dinner buffet can be improved. But, still very high CP overall."

"new hotel, as always crowne provides great amenities and very comfortable bed & pillows. only trouble we find during our stay was the toilet that couldn't flush twice within our 4 nights. however the housekeeping was quick to solve the problem without hassle. location wise, the hotel is close to industrial sites - which is good for us. it's quite far from city, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus every 2 - 3 hours to jusco & walmart. all staff are polite and courteous, although would be nice if they speak and listen better english "

"Had a very relaxing stay at the hotel. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Beds very comfy. Outdoor pool clean and beautiful. Breakfast was satisfactory. Pancakes were fresh from the griddle. The beach was surprisingly clean. Definitely plan on returning when I need a break from the loud city. Only one con: In the rooms they provided a French press, but no coffee. When I asked, they said I can pay for coffee from the Hotel bar. I thought that was a bit deceiving, but I didn’t complain because we drank plenty of free coffee at breakfast. "
