Planning a long stay in Philippines? Book Bohol Serviced Apartments

"Well, I was little worried when I saw the review on Agoda. Bue we and my partner we decided to book here and check by ourselves. At the end we stayed 2 more days!! 1. Staff super friendly, nice and helpful for everything. 2. Food is great. I heard the Thai chef from Pattaya. 3. Location just in front of the beach you can wake up with sound of wave. If you expect like 5 stars hotel and resort. Don't come. But! If you are beach lover and like to enjoy the local stlye you will love there. One thing,When I stayed there the water didn't come well but no problem! I kept the water in the bucket (it was already in the shower room)and pour on my head and body. Also, you can ask for Taxi service for Bohol city tour. The Driver Ruwell(?) was very kind and he tried to show us many things and explained about Bohol. Very recommendable and we will be back there for next holiday again! "

"I stayed just one night at Bohol Bee Farm but came back again and again just to eat at their amazing restaurant. It was the best dining experience I'd had in some time, and certainly the best one in the Philippines. Bohol Bee Farm is really more of a resort than a hotel. The grounds are quite large, there are multiple dining areas, shops, outdoor jacuzzi tubs, a tour ceneter, access to the sea for swimming, and more. The overall design of the resort is rustic, but attractive and comfortable. The shops sell the usual assortment of souvenirs, but also sell a legion of products made by Bohol Bee Farm, mostly snacks and condiments, and of course their own delicious ice cream in some surprising flavours. My room was a Garden Bungalow, which is in a new building off to the side. The rooms on the upper floors have sea views which must be wonderful, but unfortunately my room was on the ground floor. Inside, the room is large and would be reasonably comforable for up to three people. It's not a luxury room but is quite decent for the price. I booked a snorkelling tour through the resort's office and it was a great tour, and suprisingly inexpensive considereing it was a private tour (just me, the boat captain, and his assistant). There I experienced some of the best snorkelling I've had in quite some time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I was unable to experience breakfast at the hotel as my tour left at around 6 am, before breakfast opened for the day. But the staff on hand were kind enough to make fresh coffee for me. On the downside, the secluded location of the resort makes it a somewhat inconvenient home base for exploring the island unless you have your own transportation. Bohol Bee Farm was one of the highlights of my trip to Bohol and I would certainly recommend it to anyone to stay at least one night."

"Had a great stay here! If you are looking for a budget travel hotel for solo, in couples or in small groups, this is good for you. Room is equipped with kitchen stuffs, fridge, and an nice air conditions! Good bed linens and cable tv. Has wifi area, although slow, its working and good location for phone signal. No other facilities but that’s not the thing why you are in bohol right? It will make you want to go out and see the beauty of Bohol more! Location is near to most beaches in Panglao area via motorbike which can be a great travel experience! "

"I do think that Bohol Coco farm is the best place that I've stayed at throughout my travels in the Philippines. It's small and cosy and everyone knows everyone. Staff members are really friendly and I have no doubt to go back to Bohol Coco farm if I ever go back to Bohol again."

"I booked 2 nights initially then another 2 cos I was happy with the location, the cleanliness and wifi is ok. Tv not worth turning on shocking signal. Staff are friendly enough. Housekeeping have to ask for it. Location just 5 minute walk to beach. Dogs can bark Just tell them to shut up and no hastles. It's kinda hard to find when I got there no one knows it. Look for the sign where gecko hotel is. Down the back. I reccomend for a decent cheap hotel in Alona Beach. "

"Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Daytime bar staff were amazing especially Joanne... she was so friendly and really helpful.. employee of the year. Resident nurse was very good and helped me with a sickness I had.. thank you. The pool was amazing, the best I’ve seen in our total of 12 months of traveling the Philippines. The only let down was that we had no hot water for our total stay of 4 days.... it’s not the fact that it wasn’t working it was the fact that we were told by reception it was fixed, so when we went to the room looking forward to a nice hot shower at last we found they had not fixed it at all. And by this time reception had left and we couldn’t find anyone else to speak to.... it was very annoying. "

"I had the worst experience at this place in my life. I had a panic and very scared at 2:30am. The man was trying to get in my room. I thought he was drug man, but he was drunk and was the guest next door. He was screaming and slapping on my door and windows for a while. I was scared and couldn't sleep until morning. And I had no informations about emergency call . Also no security man . I didn't understand how he got in through the gate at midnight. And next day I saw him, but he didn't apologize to me, nothing.. If I didn't lock the door and window, What would happened to me.. I will never forget and never come back here. "

"The ambiance of the place is nice, complete dining wares (spoon, fork, plate, etc.) staffs are friendly. Cons: Room 7 has no signal."
