    “No Quiet Rooms, No Apology”

    I had a reservation, but upon arrival I was told that only noisy rooms were left. If I wanted a quiet room, I had to pay an extra $200 to upgrade, and I was also told that a refund was not possible. After several days of complaints, I eventually managed to get a refund, but by then my trip had been seriously disrupted. Despite all this, I never received so much as an apology from the hotel. With practices like this, who could trust booking here again? This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

    “Great Experience ”

    We had a wonderful stay. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Al of our needs were met and then some. The front desk person, Monica was gracious and helpful and even up graded us free of charge. And I slept 10.5 hours which I hadn’t done in decades.
