Charming home base in Paris!”
We enjoyed 3 peaceful nights at the Hotel Baltimore in late September 2015 and would stay again. We arrived jet lagged from the U.S. at 9:00am and since our suite was not ready they offered us a smaller room for a quick nap and refresh which was very thoughtful. At our request, their Concierge Pierre had recommended a guide for us www.ParisFrenchGuide.com and Patrice Brunet was delightful as well. The Baltimore was a great location a block from Subway,a 5 minute walk to the Trocadero, 15 to the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by cafes, bakeries, restaurants and some shopping. Our room was amazing, comfortable, quiet and modern with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a great treat. Desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed nightcaps in their cozy bar. Breakfast was very nice and huge! We highly recommend the Hotel Baltimore!

Extremely Great Service”
Excellent hotel, located in one of the best and upscal street of Paris. Magnificient architectural building and staff are extemely competent and devoted. We stayed in a room although pretty big for the standart Parisian hotel needed refreshing and serious upgrade. Overall, this hotel is wonderful and I recommend it strongly.

1. Upon checkin receptionist told me I cannot add this accommodation to my Accor account, upon checkout a different receptionist did it happily for me without any problems 2. I requested an iron and board and it never arrived 3. Switched off the A/C and there was still substantial noise coming out of it 4. Switched TV on and there was no signal for any channer whatsoever 5. Shower is poorly designed and there is substantial water spillage onto the bathroom's floor with normal shower use

The rooms feel smaller than the square foot/meter size listed in the room type and Agoda's "Premium Room" is actually the standard/"Classic" room but the hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Not really 5 star one”
Location is great. Staff is great. But the room is not really 5 star. Our check in time was 2pm, but we didn't get our room until almost 4pm. They couldn't tell us how long we needed to wait to get the room. Not a great experience on a heatwave day.
