Great location- fair price ”
The price and location of this hotel make it a good value. The town of Malakoff is just outside of Paris and access to the Paris is close. This was the second time I have stayed here and would stay again. My only complaint was they we were told we could not have more towels when we requested them. Washing long hair requires a towel just for lengthy hair. Oh well. We managed.

Good hotel at the awesome Malakoff neighborhood”
It is a pleasant 5 minute walk from the metro station Malakoff - Plateau du Vanves. Hotel staff is always ready to help, even arriving after midnight almost every night. The neighborhood is awesome, safe, quiet, offers a more real Parisien taste, good bakeries and restaurants nearby, great street market every wednesday and saturday at the townhall square. Me and my wife would love to go back to Residence de La Tour!

Good deal”
It's difficult to find decent affordable budget hotels in Paris, so I was glad to stay at Residence de La Tour. It's located in a neighborhood (Malakoff) just outside Paris and a short walk away from the Metro, so transportation was easy and cheap. The room and bathroom are small, but that's typical for a budget hotel, and least the bathroom was en-suite. I would be happy to stay there again.

near Metro”
I had a great stay in this hotel, the metro (Line 13, Malakoff-Plateau de Vanves) is within 5mins walking distance, and along the way, lotta shops, supermarkets, and all kinds of restaurant, and the security is quite good in Malakoff which I have nothing to worry about. the staff is really helpful and friendly, speaks good English, and if u want to know some useful travel information, definitely ask them~~and while my stay here,I feel like live in Paris as a citizen instead of a traveller

Exceptional”
Neat place to stay.... friendly and helpful... The reason for the "good" rating is that the tile grout in the rooms and bath need cleaning. I also had trouble using my converter for my curling iron. I came home from Paris with permed, frizzed hair... only to find out the problem is NOT my curling iron but the electrical connection.... I would stay again, if ever, I went back to Paris. Delightful neighborhood and beautiful flower baskets line the streets in this little suburb.

Nice and clean hotel”
I arrived in the evening and found the hotel with help of a street map. The hotel was nicely nested in residential area in Malakoff area. When I entered the lobby, the receptionist was kind enough to guide me the way to Effiel Tower and explained the scenery around the place. Room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with television, air-conditioning and other basic amenities. The only minus point is the dark staircase and there is no lift.

Good cheap accommodation ”
Its a bit out of town but easy to reach via metro. Value of money ist amazing for the prices in paris. The host ist really nice and reachable 24/7 at the reception. Cleaning staff comes in every day, towels are available and so are little soaps and shower gel. Unfortunately we had a weird smell in the bathroom but other than this we were happy with our stay.

South city location ”
Board the line 13 metro heading to cathillon (end point), you must get off at station name Malakoff Plateau De vannes. After get off, you will take up exit escalator. Next turn left heading to roadside. Please find theatre 71 signboard direction. This hotel is opposite to theatre 71 but you will not see it as there are building blocking the view. Just walk straight until you find Japanese restaurant, grocery shop name naturalia or donor kebab. Walking time from metro station is about 10 min. No escalator in this hotel, no jug kettle, no bath tub. If you are very fussy then you need to think twice. I take my luggage to third floor but it’s ok for me. If you want to Eiffel from this hotel, take the metro line 13 (only one metro in this hotel) and transit at monpartnese bienville, then change to line 6 to bir-Hakiem. Eiffel just next 5min walking away, you will able to see it, don’t worry.

Small rooms but great locations”
Having staying for 3 nights in this small hotel. A nice but small room sufficient of 2 person in a room. Quite limited place to move around in the room. With no fan or AC available, luckily it is not so hot summer in Paris. Just open your window, and let the cool air to breeze in. Halal restaurant is nearby, just few minutes away. Serving good food with reasonable price. Self service laundry is available near by too. Public transport, Metro stations is about less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is operated by the father and assisted by her 2 daughters. Even though, French is the main language, they do understand English! .. Free WiFI is available and totally free of charge. Overall, the locations is little bit out skirt, however, it just take few minutes going to the town using the Metro services. It does give you the calamity in the area.

I like this hotel”
Despite not having an elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have luggages, the place is quite nice to me. I stayed here every time I visited Paris. Simply love the neighborhood. It is close to the metro, and just minutes away from downtown.

“Review Residence De La Tour””
The hotel is basic with no frills but good for the price in Paris. Staff are very helpful. Short walk to the metro - Malakof Plateau de Vanves - be aware there are two Malakof stops. It is a short ride to the centre of Paris.

Value for Money is relative”
Value for money is relative to one's expectation and experience... It is a hotel for budget traveller who like staying in accommodation away from the buzzing big city like Paris. Located in a safe neigbourhood, convenient located and access to bistros, suppermarkets, near metors. Check out the Sunday market if possible, very friendly and colorful folks there. Room is comfortable but a tad old and dim, shower area may be too small for taller and bigger build individuals. Will I stay in the same hotel? Yes, giving the same budget I have.

Good value for Paris”
Stepping a bit into the 80's, and the nieghbourhood isn't the nicest but overall a really good value stay for Paris. 4 friends got one room and it was the cheapest you could find in Raris. Close to the metro so easy to get around. Nice in room facilities.

Close to shopping area”
The hotel is located quite far away from the city and is difficult to find. But there is a Metro Station within 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel owner is friendly. However, the hotel is old. The room that we stayed in had cigarette smell, and the bed was uncomfortable. The light in the room was a bit weak, and the light in the toilet was not working. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room, but Wifi connection is good. In addition, our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggages along the narrow stair, which was a bit inconvenience.

good price, poor location. noisy at night.”
Ok for budget travellers but a little far from Paris city. Noisy street might annoy some light sleepers.

I would not recommand this hotel to friends”
We were little tired walking from the metro station and decided to give up the twin bed room on 3rd floor, the boss changed a small double bed room on 2nd floor for us because this hotel has no lift. We were unable to go up to 3rd floow with 2 rather heavy baggages. The bed is very uncomfortable, my daughter suffered from sore back and shoulder the next morning after sleeping on the very thin and poor pillows in the room. I would not choose this hotel anymore when I visit Paris again in future.
