Considering the rates the rooms could have a coffee machine, something in the mini bar which is just empty and maybe a umbrella. PS , beers available in the lobby in a refrigerator self service at 10 € for a Corona for exemple which is ridiculous …!

Nice place but deplorable staff ”
We stayed one night in Radisson Lyon. The people at the reception were just not nice, not welcoming, I did not liked the way the girls spoke to me, hopefully one men was very nice tho and helpful ! But I'm not surprise by the French staff, smile always in option, always rude, you can not ask a lot to them... I'm French so I know what I'm talking about ;)

They advertise as having a sauna and they don't. That was the reason I booked this hotel Three phone in my room didn't work. They moved me to a room without a bathtub( I specially booked a bathtub room). The fire alarm was set off because of the steam from the shower There is construction or some other machine nose at night - it was disturbing on the 38th floor with t worried closed. The evening menu at the restaurant has no choice and is severely overpriced. The heating in the room was not functional There is no manager after 8pm. The hotel representative couldn't care less about any one of my issues. I had a reservation again insr weeks I explain I'm not happy or satisfoed with my experience and should I keep my next reservation. She said " it's your choice". Very surprised to get that answer. The seating procedure at breakfast is also chaos For €250 I expected a lot more. The real price of this room was €100 at most Never again

The hotel is the top half of the tallest building in the Lyons CBD, starting from level 40 - so amazing views. Otherwise a good/average business hotel. Large rooms, good facilities, uninspiring bar and restaurant - apart from the view of course!

Perfect location, great room”
The location could not be better, located just in front of the Part Dieu shopping center. Beautiful building, the room was clean with fantastic view of the city. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the dining room was beautiful. Great service at the desk. I only regretted not eating at the restaurant as it had great reviews but we ate elsewhere. Will definitely come back!

It's a very nice hotel and comfortable room. Good breakfast and amazing view! The only issues where not enough staff at the reception to check-in/out guests at peak times. The info I was given about the gym being open on Sunday but when I was ready to go (next door) I was told it doesn't open until 10:00am. Would have been good to be told the right info by the reception staff.

They offer free ride to train station.....Spoke to concierge about a 6;45 ride for next morning, said NO problem, as we needed to eave then for train to airport.....we wait , and wait ...finally at 7:03 with NO ONE there, we took a cab on our own.....Hotel staff lied and we nearly missed plane.literally.

He is uncooperative and disrespectful to the name of this hotel as if he wants to throw me and my family out of the hotel and advise the hotel management to give him courses in dealing with customers because he lacks them
