Chic Simple Hotel”
The room is clean and chic however there was no house keeping service during our 3 nights stay eventhough we didn’t put the “green card sign” as a way to refuse room cleaning for those who stay for more than 2 nights. It’s only several steps away from the metro station Bibliotheque Françoise Mitterand with a mini market across the street and Cafés and Restaurants nearby. The staff who helped us check in was polite at first but then his demeanour changed after we complained that we got twin beds instead of double bed as we requested upon booking and he confirmed it during the check in process. At first he said he couldn’t change the room because there was no more double bed available and asked if we requested it upon booking. It was ridiculous because he confirmed that before handed the key over. I asked further to clarify (I‘m a travel consultant so I’m very detailed) and eventually he asked us to pick our luggages down and will give us a new key with a double bed. I made sure again that it was double bed and he replied impatiently with apparent annoyance that he didn’t have anymore double bed so he gave us a triple room (1 DBL+ 1 SGL). I thanked him and went straight to our room a bit annoyed. He could have made that situation as a great customer service by saying they’re sorry for the wrong room assignment and as a token of apology upgraded the room. That way I would have given 5 stars review.

Parfait sauf à la réservation , c'est trompeur , tout est fait pour penser que le petit déjeuner est compris sauf qu'au final , il faut rajouter 14 euros par personne , dommage !

Pas en phase avec Agoda”
Le petit déjeuner inclus n'apparaissait pas sur les écrans de l'hôtel et l'hôtel nous a fait repayer le prix de la chambre alors que elle avait déjà été payée chez Agoda.

Les chambres sont un peu plus grandes que les autres hôtels, l'emplacement est idéal, bus, métro , rer et commerces très proches. Le personnel est disponible. Seul bémol le manque d'informations concernant la réalisation du ménage

Séjour très agréable, les chambres sont joliment décorées, celles situés sur la cour sont calmes. Très bien placé dans Paris, nous avons eu un super accueil. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner qui pourrait être plus qualitatif.

Great stay”
Top location to shopping and sights, easy walk from the central train station and to trams to visit the sights. Easy to walk to Jordaan and the 9 streets for dining. Room was Cinema theme, a decent size for the centre of the city, it was clean and maintained every day to a high standard. Staff were helpful with information and efficient for checking/out. Breakfast places nearby, either cafes or same brand hotel nearby, not on site though. It made the visit just that much better!
