Good value for money”
It's not a flashy place and we did not expect much but it provided exactly what we needed. Comfy bed at night, shower and toilet facility. We were out exploring during the day so did not need anything big or flashy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It even has a restaurant a few meters away that served great food. (French Cantine)

We arrived Paris close to midnight and we proceeded immediately to Premiere Classe Villepinte Hotel. We have been earlier informed that we have to do the automated check-in process because the front desk will be closed by that time. We were surprised that the system said that our reservation cannot be found. We had to make another booking with a slightly higher rate because of this. Good thing that there were still available rooms that night. We tried to make another booking for two ngiht but the machine kept on confirming just one night. Our initial booking made thru Agoda was for two nights but we decided to leave the hotel next day and transfer to another hotel instead. We received an apology from the hotel few days after. While it was unfortunate that we encountered a situation like the above, we appreciate the hotel's quick acknowledgement of the situation.

Quick and clean stay for wary night-arrival travellers”
Premierre Classe Ville Pinte offers a nice, quick and clean stay for wary and tired globe-trotting, night-arrival travellers, especially for those who comes from different continent of the world. It may be a bit too far, but it is cost-effective to stay for the first night and once you have a nice rest and gain a better strength, you can always go to the city by metro the next day.

middle of nowhere...”
i was surprised by the location. i had to walk 35 min to nearest train station and then travel 40 min more to actual paris. when i showed address of this hotel to airport information lady she started loughing because nothing made sense and she had to google twice to find it. in the hotel was super small room and bathroom.felt like in the cabin of ferry. women at reception cant speak english so prepare yourself for a chalenge to comunicate :) we asked where is nearest shop and she told us in french :) after 10pm everything is dead quiet except from noise next door where im sure somebody died..

Cheap room but very small”
For this price you can not expect much. We paid last minute 24 euro. We were with a family of 3 adults. Our daughter of 20 was sleeping above. Everything very small. But even for this price we had our (very small) bathroom and own toilet. For one night is was perfect. It was clean and the staff was very helpfull. In the neigbourhoud there was a big supermarket and there was something to eat (french cantine a kind of fastfood but good)

It took hours to find this place. There’s a hotel with same name in the same area we went to first. Others did as well. The rooms were non smoking but the rooms near by didn’t care and we smelled cigarette smoke all night. The room and bathroom is so small but the shower was even worse.

Sleeping in a car would have been more comfortable”
We travelled all over Europe and stayed at many different hotels all booked with Agoda. This was by far the worst. The room smelled like an ashtray - full of smoke. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The heater was hanging off the wall. We found dirty towels inside the bed. And there were hairs on the pillows and in the bed. The staff were friendly but the night porter was not very well trained although he tried his best to make us comfortable. There was supposed to be free Wifi, but none of us could access it. Overall a terrible experience. We left after the first night and checked in to another hotel. We asked for a refund for the last 3 nights due to us not being happy with the cleanliness and the facilities. We were told they could not refund us, because the booking had been made through Agoda.

Hotel and location ok for the price”
Although I am struggling to get my deposit of €90 back, which is so annoying. Sending emails back and forth. Payments these days are immediate and yet the staff is trying to tell me is about 48-72hr, which already passed by the way since 02/06/2023 :(
