DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OTHER REVİEW - HONEST REVIEW FOR THIS HOTEL BY OUR EXPERIENCE We were 10 people 5 families and we booked 5 double rooms without checking the reviews. We started to check everything few days ago of the checkin time and got scared. All of us were very sad what the hell are these reviews here, we were thinking to book another hotel without even checking this hotel.... - We have arrived at very late time and there were checkin possible with next hotel ( just 10 meters) and we got keys in few seconds. Very smooth and organized. - Location is fantastic: You can reach the hotel from Paris city center with B line within 15-28 minutes, very comfortable trains and best is you are close to the airport which you can reach in 5-7 minutes. Hotel is also just 3 minutes walk away from metro stop. - Comfortable: It was really really clean, well organized rooms. Heating system + hot shower + comfortable bed. We enjoyed a lot staying. Clean towels were provided as well. - Internet : it was working in the rooms, very slow, but it was enough good at the reception area. - You can enjoy as much as you want at the lobby and very comfortable sofas are at the lobby. Very liked and felt at home. I will always stay in this hotel whenever we return back to Paris. Finally, I'm happy that I have discovered this hotel and address. Thank you guys.

Very recommended. Near to train station to Airport GDC. Bus stop to airport just in front of the hotel. I stay here one night before my flight back. Nice modern n very clean room. The reception is at hotel in the next entrance.

Great location for CDG airport. ”
A few minutes walk from RER station that connects to CDG for around 5€ one way. Check in after cutoff period had to be done at neighboring hotel whose reception staff initially could not find our booking. Room was good with working heater, hot shower and basic necessities.

Convenient Hotel”
The hotel is located in a very good area which is close to Train station; CDG airport. The only thing which happened to my stay was wifi so weak. Room doesn't have A/C. I didn't read carefully about A/C but it didn't affect to my sleep. I will comeback and will book the A/C room

The light is always on and the room is noisy ”
I am a light sleeper, I need the to be dark and less noise, their room have a green light can not be turn off, and they put me next to the technical room which is noisy at night. I complained twice nothing get done and the male staff with glass have a very horrible attitude. Basically he like ignoring people.

The room is perfect for solo, friends, boys or girls trip. The location is far from city center. But metro station is very very close to the hotel. Buy metro pass and you will have access to all the spots in paris.

Cheap for a reason”
Wifi only worked in the lobby. The room was RETRO. Room was clean enough but the whole hotel gave a first year in college dormitory vibe. It was just a place for us to crash before an early flight at CDG so we didn't expect much. 5 min walk from the RER so it's a convenient ride to the airport, but there was nothing around within walking distance at night for food. Luckily, we have apps for food orders.

Air conditioner and WiFi connection ”
Dear Agoda First thank for feed bk Second the hotel was not so bad however there were no AC in the room .so we suffered for that.yes the hotel provides a very small fun but it was very noisy and low effective. There were not wi fi connection in the room .my room was 323 .on the 3rd floor and I had to go downstairs to the main entrance to get WiFi connection,which it was frustrating.. 4th there was a lady with blond hair hotel rescaption .she was very very rude when I complained about the wi fi connection.and she didn't help me . On the other side there were a man ,also a hotel resption.his name is Enzo ..were very nice and helpful... Beside that the location,price and cleaniniss were amazing Thank you

The hotel hasn’t even the basics of hotel”
Theo’s hotel should mention they are absolutely no frills- no hot water, hair dryer, or even essential cleaning provided. I can see rubbish from previous occupant still in the room. The charge never reflect what you get. There is even better hotel than them who charge more reasonable price, or at least they are honest about they have no more than basic facilities in the room.

Super dirty, to a level that that health authorities would surely close the place if they were to visit. It’s cheap though and close to the airport (still you need to have a car to get to the airport and there’s no free parking).

Even if it look cheap it will cost you alot of money for transport also they dont clean daily they said because of corona which is absolute lie since all other hotels do cleaning there bathroom is just a dirty piece of plastic just next to your bed hitel have no facilities at all very dirty and a big mistake
