Summary: if the price is tolerable for you, then the hotel is a good choice when staying in Paris center. Good: - excellent location. Very near Seine River, so a lot of good tourist spots are accessible via walking, metro (~250m), or bike parking. - excellent location for those who likes running or walking or cycling. Seine is just lovely for running with views of Eiffel Tower and iconic french buildings. - breakfast is good. Not very varied, but good enough to get you started without leaving the hotel. - room is sufficiently sized for couples. We were barely in the room anyway. - clean bathroom and tub. - clean gym. For improvement - i think a bit expensive relative for the amenities. No slippers, no daily water bottle refill. - hallways need more lighting. A bit scary when you get to the hotel at night. - no restaurant. Expensive water (4 euros).

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to Eiffel Tower and also close to the subway so you can get to other attractions around Paris easily. Staff was great and very friendly.

Exceptionally clean and excellent location ”

It's a small hotel right off trocadero. We had a room with a small balcony with some view of the Eiffel Tower. About 5 min walk to the nearest train station and about 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. There's a lot of nice restaurant within walking distance a bit on the expensive side though. What impresses me the most is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It's spotless in immaculate white.

Great Paris location on company budget”

Was looking for a place where I could easy access to my office and enjoy exercise as well as meals in the evening. This turned out to be a quality find and I will certainly consider it again in the future.

Chambre étriquée, décoration vieillotte et bas de gamme, moquette déchirée, peinture écaillée... le strict minimum pour une chambre au tarif normal (sans promo) de 420€. Excepté l'emplacement, près de la place du trocadéro, qui est bien. Les commentaires publiés sur les sites de vente (type "fantastique") sont juste invraisemblables et totalement injustifiés. La note globale ne peut dépasser 4 ou 5 /10.
