Lovely, calm hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Our request for an upper floor room with a firm bed had been noted - if anything the bed was a little too firm (bedroom 53) but no doubt a duvet underneath would have helped had we asked. The room was warm and comfortable - not vey exciting decor - and the en suite was nicely fitted out - spotlessly clean throughout our four night stay over christmas. Well stocked minibar; tea and coffee making facility, good hairdrier and a very good television (confirming just how bad French tv shows really are). Good hot shower. The building is currently scaffolded but we still had a pleasant view. Beware the usual outbreak of Paris bin emptying at 7.30am - but it's all soon over. We did not have breakfast nor room service but the latter especially looked quite inventive and good value. Hotel is conveniently situated close to bus, ho-ho tour buses and metro services in Madeleine (42 bus comes straight from Gare du Nord) and there are more exyensive public transport links ten minutes away at Opera as well as department stores. The Louvre is about a 17 minute walk. Turn left into Rue St Honore to find a good bakery (it's cafe, though, was very poor, foodwise) while there are three restaurants opposite the hotel and a useful Monoprix store close by. The adjacent '3 Quartiers' cafe served us the worst coffee ever with a cold 'hot chocolate' - and it was expensive. The area is well populated with good designer shops, many of them very individual.

Small reception but friendly staff. They greet us whenever we enter/go out of the hotel. We stayed in the deluxe room. Room was very clean and spacious. No comment on the b'fast as we didn't have any. Central located with the metro a stone throw away. Many eateries around the hotel. Walking distant to most of the high end boutiques. Would love to come back again if we are in Paris.

I stayed 2 nights with my wife. Location was perfect : 5-10 mins to department stores, 3 mins to supermarket, several good restaurants around. Cozy room and clean shower room with class amenities. All staffs were kind and ready to help all the time. I will choose this hotel again when I go to Paris again. Thanks for let me spend great time at the hotel!

Above all, it was a lovely stay. The room is relatively large in paris standard. The check-in was quick and the wi-fi signal was better than other hotels during my trip in paris.

Location is great madeline metro stop is very near & concord stop is roughly 5 - 8 mins walk away. The stuff has been helpful and nice & bravo to housekeeping for making the room really clean which is a big deal for me! Thank you housekeeping. The towels are fluffy and still new, the toiletries are top notch (annick goutal). There is a Pret a porter across the hotel if you prefer to buy breakfast. Stayed here for 8 days and it was worth it.

Ideal Location! ”
Before I got there, I arranged for a pick up and this was efficiently arranged by the hotel. The staff were warm and and friendly and were great with directions! The room was small compared to Asian standards but was clean and well maintained. The downside was that they were undergoing renovations on the front facade and I could not open my door to the street. But this is suppose to be completed by May 2013. So yes, I will go back again.

Good, centrally located hotel”
We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was really helpful. The hotel was located close to the Louver, right next to La Madeleine and Place de la Concord. There are 2 metro stations near by. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast perhaps is not their best feature but it is ok as there are 3-4 restaurants right across the street from the hotel.

I like to stay in your hotel. For the location is very good, easy to find and it is not far from the central of Paris. Even though your hotel is small but I can feel the feeling of warm welcome. Just only I can completely communicate by using English language with some staffs.
