Keep following for room service items, glasses, coffee refills, soaps,etc. they do bring but after follow ups. Breakfast is very nice. Station ,Gallieni, is 5 mins walk and connected to various tourist places.

Small rooms, great location ”
Just 2 minutes walk from Gallieni station, Airport bus 351 passes in front of the gate, plenty of food and shopping places nearby. Hence super convenient! Breakfast is below average, rooms are really small, cleanliness could be improved and the elevators take forever!

Good choice for a family of 4”
There are not that many hotels that can accomodate a family of 4 in a room. This is probably one of a few. Location is good and is close to a metro station (Line 3) with convenient access to main tourist attractions. Hotel & facilities are a bit old. Breakfast is OK and starts as early as 6am for people to catch flights. Cleaninless is not that good. I found golden hair on a blanket on the sofa bed on the check-in day and asked the hotel staff to replace that for me. Although connected via the Metro, it is a terminal station east of Paris. It will be difficult to get back to the hotel after midnight. Even on the new year after countdown with free metro services, not every station was served and you need to call taxi/ uber to get back expensively near 100 Euro.

Little out of the main city ”
Economical hotel, very large rooms, and located at the end of line 3. It does take a bit to get to the city center from here, and there aren’t too many options for restaurants around it. But there is a mall to grab some fast food, and the hotel’s restaurant has good food too. Rooms could use a refresh as they’re a bit worn.

Not at all value for money”
The room was tiny and congested for three people, AC was not that was felt hot inside the room, First impression was not good at all. So I would not recommend it to any one And the price I paid for 3 nights actually did not get along with the room we got.

Less Staff, nobody help serve the client”
We hired a van, when we arrived the entrance of the hotel, we had to wait 15 miniutes for opening the car stop, and the same as while we left the hotel. The van was not able to come in, During the stay no staff gave me the answer whatever the thing in the hotel. The towels was not brought to my room on the next day. Very poor service.

ME and my husband are frequent traveler. And we've experinced Novotel in other country but This Novotel in PAris Est is the worse experinced we ever had. The checkin guy who attended us asked me for the City tax fee, i am aware of it but i do not have lower bills to cover up the fee coz i paid already for our taxi. I handed him a 100Euro, but isntead he said, if i insisted on paying with my 100 Eu, they would not give me my change??? What kind of logic.. I didn't argue, coz we just got from a taxi from a flight.. Let this be a warning though..

Bad Service! ”
We checked in for a 3 night stay for our Honeymoon at what we thought was a Novotel standard property. However, we faced certain issues with the shower. After having told the staff since check-in, and reminding on a daily basis, nothing was done to fix the problem nor was a change in room allowed. 11pm on the night before checkout the hotel staff called and asked if we wanted to switch rooms. - after we had already slept. We saw many other rooms complaining about other issues including A/C and shower issues as well. Would not return to this property.

Terrible experience”
There were several reasons why i gave bad rating and i hope the hotel mgt can take something out from this review: 1. Your staff misinformed my partner. We arrived at your hotel very late and tired. We asked the staff where we can park (take note your amenities list shows parking is available with extra charge) The staff informed my partner that we have to book a parking slot upon hotel booking. We explained that it is not written anywhere and it doesnt say also first come first served basis but she didnt care and ask us to look around near the area for parking. We drove around for at least an hour and it was full. We went back to hotel to cancel the booking and explain to them the parkings are full. We were exhausted as it was close to 11pm. The next staff informed us that there are available parking areas in the hotel basement. Seriously??!! She said her colleague thought my partner was a bus driver. My partner kept saying the booking was done under my name. It showed 3guests. She cannot assume that my partner was a bus driver because ur hotel catered an event that day. Take note, she was the one who checked us in and booking confirmation showed 3 guests!. Very lame excuse for the misinformation. 2. Provided 1 toothbrush for 3guests booked and just conveniently say, sorry we have one only. 3. Very minor, i could have at least let this go if not for the pointer 1 experience. Location is not really in paris and breakfast is so-so for a 4star hotel.

Bad service from staff”
We checked in at night, got 2 beds for 3 persons. Went back down to ask for another room, after discussing it I got a new room, but 1 of the beds was used and they told us we could clean the sheets ourselves! After 10 min the guy knocked on our door room and saying that we still need to pay taxes. And I just payed this 10 min before to him at the desk downstairs! I said I requested a free breakfast at least for all this inconvenience. I asked for it 3 times and they never gave us. At the end; not friendly and helpful. So wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Worst 4-Star Hotel”
This hotel is a joke to 4-Star hotel, I am a frequent traveller and never in last 20 years have come across such a pathetic 4 -Star hotel before. - AIR-CONDITIONING was poor ( i don't care if there is heat wave in France and hotel is not equipped to deal with it. I have paid to stay in a 4-Star hotel and expect to manage the temperature as i desire. Before checking in to the hotel I was in Netherlands and did not face any issue at all. Hotels had fully functional air conditioning system in Amsterdam) - ROOMS look like 2-Star motel room, poor decor, no amenities and drinking water in the room. - No drinking water was available in the hotel to purchase.....(WHAT.)....all i got from hotel staff was raised shoulders with open hands and ugly face gesture in return. - Breakfast was OK, expect better from a 4-Star property. - No Iron in the hotel or Iron board .... (YES) .... in the whole of the hotel there was one small room without ventilation where you had to go to Iron. - Only stay in this property if you want to ruin your holidays. - I was not the only one with complaints, I saw many many more guests arguing for refunds and even interacted with a few of them, they all shared the same thoughts. -

We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. The hotel is nicely located to the metro and a large shopping centre. You can travel anywhere on the metro. The purpose of our holiday was to see France and so we spent alot of our time away from the hotel. The hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay - not much variety. The hotel was nicely priced and conveniently located from a large shopping centre and metro. Some other reviewers commented on the security in the area. We found this was not an issue.

Convenient location next to the metro”
Great location. Everywhere was easy to get to via the metro. Just a 5 min walk away from it. There is a cafe and a Chinese restaurant nearby so we could also get quick bites. The location is also great to shuttle back to the airport by taxi as this hotel is located at the fringe of the city and is next to a highway and will not be affected by the bad jams getting into the city. Good food in the hotel. Has wifi everywhere. Love this hotel. Will stay in this hotel in my next visit to Paris.
