Excellent Location”

We stayed in a renovated Deluxe room which was large with a large bathroom. We really liked the room.. Bed is comfortable.. Large windows.. Sunny rooms.. Coffee machine.. If you have any issues you can call the receptionist or WhatsApp and they solve it immediately.

The location of this hotel is superb. The hotel is right next to the louvre museum and the metro is in walking distance. There’re Starbucks and McDonald’s nearby including supermarket which is really convenient. You can also find great local restaurants near hotel as well. Our room is quite small but good enough for couple or solo travelers. The room is really clean and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Compared to the price, this hotel is really great value for money with the location, the convenience, and the services. Overall, we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience at the hotel, and we’d gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and families.

Good location but not stroller-friendly!”

The hotel is in a good location that I was able to walk to the Louvre museum and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are spacious and they offer baby bed in case you need/want it. Staffs are warm and super nice. However, the hotel is quite old and looks to be under some kind of renovation at the moment. The thing that I didnt like the most is to get to our room, there is a 6-8 step stairs that I needed to pass through which was quite inconvenient because I had to carry my baby's stroller. There is a cafe in the hotel for which they serve breakfast for 15euro but I don't think the selection is worth it. Luckily, the hotel is in a good location surrounded by restaurants as well so you can easily go around and get some food. Apart from restaurants, there is a Starbucks and McDonalds nearby as well.

Frustrated. ”

My boyfriend holds a South African passport which requires him to apply for a French visa. In doing this, a PDF of the stay was required for the visa process. This took 6 attempts. With multiple emails left on read. One specific individual was incredibly helpful, however everyone else simply just did not reply. The French visa was delayed due to Covid. Because of this and the Canadian advisory not to travel outside Canada implemented dec 15, we were not able to fly to Paris. We were supposed to visit Paris/Switzerland. Switzerland implemented a lock down Dec 10. Because of this we also could not travel. We lost thousands in hotels and flights. When I explained the situation to this hotel, they said no refunds. When I requested to escalate the situation to try and recoup anything at all, they again left me on read. With no reply.

ㅇㅏ고다에서 돈 지불 다했는데도 예약안되었다고 돈 다시 내고 다른 방 예약하라고함~~! 프론트에서 진ㅉㅏ 한ㅅㅣ간동안 논쟁했ㅇ움! ㅇㅏ침부터 청소해주겠다고 노크+소리내고 깨우ㅜㅁ! 위치는 진짜 최고^^ 근데 위생상태 노굿,,,,리모델링 전에 가서 그런지 몰라도 ㅂㅏ닥에 ㄱㅐ미가 기어다녕ㅅㅇ~~!
