    “Great Stay in Soho”

    Fantastic location w/ excellent amenities and walkability. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the property was beautiful. However, the room was size was a bit cramped and we never received our bottled waters in our room. Overall, a wonderful stay for exploring the city.

    “Beautiful hotel”

    We very enjoyed out stay at NOMO Soho. We were able to check in an hour early and extend our check out at no cost. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a room on a high floor and had fantastic sweeping views of NYC. The atrium restaurant was gorgeous. We did not have reservations but sat at the bar. We bought our coffee at the cafe in the lobby, ant it was excellent. The location is perfect for Soho/Nolita, Chinatown, Little Italy, and the LES.

    “Great location but overall underwhelming”

    Great location but overall underwhelming. Would say this is more a 3* hotel than 4. Aircon made a huge rumbling noise so sleep was broken. Hidden fees and inaccurate billing at the end. Check in took 20 minutes.
