No frills, but comfortable and pleasent”
Seperate toilets and showers, however, they are clean and nice. Room had sink and bidet. Comfortable and clean bed. Location great for Sacre Coeur and metro. Friendly and helpful staff let us have letter sent to the hotel and looked after her bags when we checked out.

Room was comfy and value for money. The location was great, near Metro Barbes-Rochechuart, near Gare Du Nord, near Halal Food & near to everywhere in Paris. The staff was friendly&helpful. But the wifi connection was terrible in the room. Need to get back early to hotel at night

Great location but...”
The hotel located very close to the subway. The room was nice and clean. We booked for 3 persons occupancy. The hotel has no Elevator, so we have to carry our luggage with the stairs. It seems like the hotel is newly renovated. The bathroom is in the open space in the bedroom, it is bizzare for us. Especially the shower is see through with glasses and it’s a bit uncomfortable cause our trip was a family trip with adult kid. But overall was ok.

Double room adviced on web but they just forgot to mention that bathroom and toilets are common, 2 floors below the room for us. No heating on the first night while minus 2 outside. Very small gloomy room with incredibly dirty mattress and yellowsih stained wheets. The hotel is refurbishing most of its rooms, meaning deadly noisy from 8pm, even during week ends. Few blocks away, you have cheap chains that are definitely to prefer. This ad of "a traditional romantic" place is strictly robbery and felony.

Small Rooms with slightly Big Money”
The rooms are definitely very small even for couples. With shared toilets and bathrooms, the price is not justifiable. Plus, having to stay on the fifth floor without lifts was difficult especially if you have to go thru the spiral steps. Last but not least, there is no power socket to charge my computer!

Location was not very good”
The place can be easily reached by subway, but the place around the hotel is quite dirty, many people loiter around the subway entrance, holding packets of cigarette offering anybody who passes by, wonder what is inside the packets? Going back to hotel late at night was even worse. After 9pm, the hotel main door will be locked, we knocked on the door for more than 15 minutes before someone came and open the door. Imagine waiting there with a female traveller and all the people loiter around. Not recommended for female traveller.

1 room is too small 2 share toilet and shower room 3 after 11PM, hotel close, you need to nock the door. 4 my first room has so many bugs on bed, bite me, it is terrible. 5 every times you need give the key to service when you go out. 6 the wifi not so good, it works but.... 7 just one power outlet, it is not convinient.

Poor quality and small rooms”
This hotel is extraordinary small and poor in condition. The bed and covering are dirty. The curtain and cabinet are broken. It is very primitive in term of basic function. The only provision beside a bed is the sink with water supply, both hot and cold. There is no toilet and the peeing bowl is without any privacy. The information shown on the website photos is misleading against the reality.

Do not select only because of easy acces”
Be careful at Barbes Rochechouart station.There is people crowded doing nothing.I feel uneasy feeling from the beginning.After leave hotel, I had picked up my camera by skillful man and woman. I think hotel room and accommodations are less worth than the price.Old cheap and small.There is only one shower at 3F,I could not use it. I don't recommend this hotel to people from safe country.

Do not go there”
Well, this one is dirty and overpriced, the sink in my room was yellow with brown sparkles, the handrail at the window covered with dust, the walls thin so you hear toilets flushing etc, the toilet is situated in a tiny room in the hallway, some do not have no glass in their small window, there's only two showers on 3rd floot (which are branndnew and well-done though). On the 2nd night the room could not be locked from the inside. The concierge repeatedly told me that I must have broken the key but he was too tired to sound convincing, it was more like daily game he had to play since the landlord had told him to respond like this. He recommended to put my bags in front of the door to block it. Bottom line: Do not consider this as a hotel with european standard.

Stay was okay. My rooms was at 5th floor and there was no elevator, so had to use stairs which was too much. There was no instruction sheet/manual of the different facilities.

Lousy hotel”
First of all, there is no carpark as mentionned (they will tell you the carpark is on the street and free during the night...). Better spend a bit more on the hotel, so that you have a nice room and are able to park your car. There is also no wifi in the room. For wifi you have to take your pc to groundfloor. There is no shower or toilet on the room. Very disgusting like in a youth hostel you have to share the shower and toilet, only a youth hostel is nicer. The water is cold and only when you are lucky there is warm water (30proc chance)The room is very small and dirty. Location is not in a safe neighbourhood. Also very unfriendly staff. 1 question to ask is ok, once you ask a second question their mood starts to change. This was a big mistake.

The pictures on the web is not what we get when we are there. We were expecting something more clean and new. The cupboards was badly maintained, toilet was not clean properly. beds filled with bed bugs, we can show images of our legs being bitten if you are interested. word of advise, try something or somewhere else.. not your typical holiday hotel.

Filthy. No working lift so had to drag luggage up 3 winding stories. Toilets on stairwell. Communal facilities revolting. In a bad location! Do not stay here.

A little gem”
You might feel this is situated in a sketchy area during the day but at night it's calm an almost deserted. The room is of decent size but beware there is no elevator so if you get the highest it can be tiring. The staff is nice and the breakfast is simple but filling. There is also a Burger King right at the corner so if you get hungry you can go here.

Estuvo bien, nos atendieron amablemente, nos pidieron taxi para aeropuerto a las 4:30 de la msñana y llego enseguida, habitacion con baño todo nuevo, el barrio no es muy bueno pero por lo demas la estancia excelente.
