Amazing Location”
The apartment is within one of the pretties neighborhoods in Paris and is a fair price as of this. It's very small and has very little natural light but has everything you need. If you're bothered about location and all your using this apartment for is a base during your stay in Paris then this place is perfect. The owner (Lisa) was also very accommodating and useful when providing information and help.
Excellent location”
The apartment worth the location. It has all you need for a safe, comfortable, pleasant short stay. The bed is a Couch-bed> It is stable, but not as comfortable to share with with a young child. There is a provision of coffee for guests, just bring something for your breakfast as there are not many shops open around the area early in the morning.
Apartment near Passy Metro Station”
The location is amazing. Very near the metro station, walkable to restaurants, u can see the eiffel tower along seine river. Very convenient for u to go around and explore Paris. Its a quiet neighbourhood and u get to take really nice photos as it is near Trocadero too. However, choose this apartment if u’re going to be in Paris for 1-2 days. The apartment is small (no space to open and pack our luggage) and the walls are very thin. The neighbour approached us to complain that we flushed the toilet so loud in the middle of the night. The bed is uncomfortable (its a sofabed) and the aircon/heater makes a scary sound once in a while which woke us up in the middle of the night. We stayed for 4 nights and it was stressful as we were so scared that we might disturb the neighbours.
A hotel with everything in a small space.”
The location is great, just a 3-4 minute walk to the subway and bus stops. However, the room is extremely small. There is barely enough space to open a suitcase. It's located in an old building and you have to go through three doors to get in. There are no windows and it's very dark even during the day when the lights are off. The remodeling is well done and everything you need is provided in the small space, including a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. I would recommend it for a short stay for one person, but not for anything longer or for more people. The sink is also very small and the bed is more like a cot than a mattress, but it's clean and tidy like a prison cell. The host is responsive and friendly.
Good location but have some of limitations”
It’s very close to Eiffel Tower and center of the city. However, the room is very tiny which is hard to open two suitcases at the same time. There is very little window and almost no sunlight. Thus, always receive complaints from neighbours because of the noises from devices using (e.g. toilet flushing or using hair dryer….) which is quite hard to believe…
