After reading reviews, I chose Parkview which truly lived up to its reputation as the best choice. We stayed on the 39th floor and had a great view of both the daytime and nighttime city lights. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack provided, along with laundry detergent, showing great attention to detail and management. The breakfast selection was diverse, including chicken feet, pig ears, and waxberries, which was very down-to-earth. We needed a late check-out due to our high-speed train schedule, and the front desk was happy to accommodate us. Although we only stayed for one night, we were truly impressed!

We are a group of ladies and we stayed in this apartment on our first night and last night of our trip to Changsha. The rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly too! The breakfast is the best among all the other hotels we stayed in this trip. We had this fried fritter that was so tasty and were looking forward to it on our 2nd stay. However, we were so disappointed that it’s not available on that day. I asked the chef about it and he replied that they rotate their breakfast menu thus it was not available. 10 minutes later, the chef delivered a plate of the fritter to our table!!! We were surprised and very grateful that he went the extra mile and made the pastry for us. The best chef ever!!!! The front desk staff are also very accommodating and extended late check out for our rooms as our flights are very late. We will definitely return and will recommend our friends to stay at this apartment! Thank you once again for your great hospitality!

we are a group of ladies traveling to Changsha for 1 week. We stayed at this apartment on our first and last night. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. We love the mall that is located right next to the apartment. The front desk staff are super helpful and accommodative. We had a late flight and one of the staff (male) extended late checkout for our rooms. Thank you! The breakfast is the best of all the hotels we stayed during our trip to Changsha. We would like to thank the chef that was working on 5/5. We were disappointed that one of the pastry we ate on our first stay were not available on our 2nd stay. 10 minutes later, the chef delivered our favourite pastry to us! He made it specifically for us and we were so grateful for his kind gesture! Thank you chef!!! We will definitely come back again and will definitely recommend our friends to stay with you!

Stayed here for 4 nights and was not able to make it on the first night due to a delay of my flight. Hotel was very nice to keep my room for me. Hotel staff were very friendly, room was super spacious and clean. Just that the ac is abit weak and might room might not be as cool if you leave the bedroom door open. Overall this is a super value for money hotel which is located in a very very very good location, near to Wuyi which is the best area in Changsha. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I have a wonderful experience.

My family and I loved this place. Only gripe is the entrance doesn’t allow large buses to get in and the taxi driver couldn’t find the drop off location to this hotel. Other than that, the room is really comfortable, clean, modern. We absolutely enjoyed the stay. The mall next door is so convenient to get food, massage, haircut/wash, etc. the staff are friendly and helpful. If we go back, this will definitely be one of the options we will keep in view.
