Tastefully furnished room with a e-concierge”
1) The rooms are tastefully furnished and managed to make us feel home with the wooden furnishings and dark coloured fabrics. The breakfast (available for an extra fee) was wholesome and delicious. 2) The e-concierge was patient to respond over email. We asked for breakfast add-ons and airport transfer prior to our trip and they were quick to arrange. There were some hiccups like a bathroom that was out of access due to maintenance but they informed beforehand refunded a partial amount for that inconvenience. When we arrived, one of the rooms were locked. The staff had all ended work by then (after 7pm) and the person over the phone told us they could not come down to unlock it - this is probably just the working style in France (?) So two of us slept on the sofa bed. They made it up the next day by arranging for the room to be unlocked and another partial refund made, with some gifts. 3) Location - This is located in the quieter part of Lyon (nearer to the "new town) and closer to the major train stations. There are several supermarkets/minimarts nearby but do note they close at around 7pm. Streets were clean, and it feels safe to wander around.

Concept hôtelier pratique ”
Suite confortable,literie de qualité, deux bémols, les finitions de la réalisation de la suite sont pas satisfaisant, radiateur démonter et non remplacer dans les wc qui reste bien frais, tâches multiples au sol des toilettes , peinture écaillée, traces multiples sur les murs et la finition ménage, poussières tête de lits, tartre dans les toilettes, draps tâcher. Bien regrettable car l'ensemble de la suite reste bien agréable sinon.

Un peu déçu, car cette fois-ci la suite n'a pas été à la hauteur de celle (Suite Précieuse à la Rue Auguste Comte) qui m'a rendu fan du MiHotel.
