        A beautiful apartment , wonderfully decorated. Had all the amenities and was super clean. Very close to all the attractions, food and restaurants. We felt very private snd secure. The hosts were very caring and helpful. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property.

        Good location - in my view it’s much better to walk into the old town than stay in it. Plus MHL is handy for Le Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse and some great shops nearby. Welcoming owners here, who were very thoughtful. The apartment was VERY clean, and well equipped. Would return. The apartment is alongside other residents’ apartments, around a courtyard with shops and a cafe in the block. It’s lively - and noisy at times - but it’s also people living their lives, which is great. Everyone we met was very friendly and it added to the experience.

        The apartment was clean, confortable, well equipped and well located. Claire and Jean Charles could not have been more helpful throughout our stay and were very accommodating of our arrival and departure times. They also provided a lot of very useful information on the surrounding area and Lyon more generally.

        Best possible location in Lyon in excellent neighbourhood.The furnishings of the main floor beautiful and in exquisite taste .Super quiet with comfortable bed,well stocked kitchen,and very responsive hosts
        The only qualifiers I would note are a) that there is only one toilet,and it’s downstairs from the loft bedrooms and b) that some of the ceilings would be a challenge for anyone above avarage height.But theses add to the interest of the otherwise great accommodation.

        The Maison Hotel was beyond our expectations, everything in the large studio is new, well designed and above all practical. The place was extremely clean, which is even more important nowadays. Jean-Charles went above and beyond with advice, recommendations and in general - hospitality. We stayed in 5 different hotels/guesthouses in the past two weeks and this one is on top of our list to visit again. Thank you and see you again!

        The location is perfect. Just near the metro stop and just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Lyon. It has been an excellent stay and will highly recommended. The staff was very helpful and made our stay a memorable one.
        The only thing which is concerning is the fact that if travelling with small children (we travelled with our 1 year old daughter) you need to pay attention since the property is on different levels so as not to fall. Otherwise, all was good.

        host is very nice and very helpful! the place is very quiet, in backyard of old building. Appartement is renovated in quite special stil - very eclectic! there is everything you need in the apartment & also everything you need outside the apartment: exquisite bakery, cheese shop and a lot of bars and restaurants. some of the restaurants recommended by michelan in walking distance. the neighbourhood is civic, walking distance from old town

        A very nice apartment. Great location, especially if vising the International Congress place. The hosts are most nice and accommodating. Multiple food (grocery) stores nearby. It is delightful to have a full kitchen.

        Very welcoming and helpfull staff even though we arrived quite late at night. Big room with all the necessary amenities Confortable beds. Very convenient to walk around. Lot's of shops and cafes nearby.
        Unfortunately it was very hot days in Lyon and there was no air condition in the room. And due to the mosquitoes, it was also impossible to open the windows. At least a net at the windows (like in the bathroom) would be better. There is a cafe in the corner of the building and the back door of the kitchen of the cafe is opening to the same area with the room. During the day, there is always a noise and some smell coming from that kitchen. But nights, no poblem.
