Great hotel, great location.”
First time we visit Paris for a city break, and the Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacre Coeur Hotel, was fantastic and in a great location to visit all parts of Paris, the hotel had two Metro stations within 5-10 mins walk with ease. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and great facilities. We asked for a room prior to staying not to be close to any stairs and lifts which they sorted for us, and we also mentioned that it was my birthday, so upon arrival to the room was a lovely written birthday greeting with a lovely bar of chocolate and a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar. Would stay again.

Comfortable, clean, great position ”
Monmartre is a great neighbourhood to base yourself in Paris. Lively with lots of eateries. Easy bus access to the city. The Mercure was a good choice with a great Agoda rate.

Good hotel, nice location ”
The hotel is very nice, a typical 4 star European hotel. Initially we got a standard room in a lower floor which we were quite disappointed with as the room is small, no view and the toilets are separated and super tiny. However, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, the receptionist was kind enough to upgrade us to their privileged rooms floor which was a whole different story and for the better of course. Room style was modern and clean, perfect view to the Eiffel Tower, nesspresso machine, complimentary minibar. If you choose this hotel, don’t hesitate to take their privileged rooms as it’s worth it. Staff is helpful and kind and location is 15 min walk to the Sacré-Cœur and 15 min to the Gallerie Lafayete. Close to metro and many restaurants and bars. Would stay there again.

A surprisingly nice and spacious place”
The bedroom was great, no comment. Beautiful decor, spacious, light and clean. The hotel parking is not too far away, so it is ok for tourists like us with massive luggage. And we got a great welcome from the reception desk, especially Jordan . Now, the only negative note is the staff at the breakfast. They are not friendly, noisy, talking loud to each other’s and roughly handling the dirty plates. When asking for refill of food, they pretended that it would come... by never did. It would have been better to say the truth from the beginning and say it was over.... I guess this breakfast staff needs training, skills and customer care education... But overall I would definitely come back to your hotel!

They are liars”
They lied and attempted to give me a full bed when I had booked a King and kept repetitively staying that’s their king bed while upsetting me. I had to make a scene in order to get the room I had paid for. Never again! Stayed at a Mercure hotel in Sicily as well and their windows are tiny, rooms are beyond basic and feels like a jail cell. Will never stay at another Mercure again.

Nice short stay”
we stayed here only one night (our first night in paris) so do not have lot of feedback, but the hotel staff were very nice to us and the room was nice, larger than expected actually. overall a nice stay! there are a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area and it is a relatively short walk up the hill to sacre coeur.

Great position and spacious rooms”
This hotel is in a great position within easy walking distance to all the landmarks of Montmatre including Sacre Coeur, as well as being near to the Metro. It is also only a short taxi ride from Gare du Nord where the Channel Tunnel train arrives. The rooms were very spacious for a Parisian hotel with well equipped ensuite bathrooms. The most amazing feature was free wifi throughout the hotel - a most unexpected bonus for us.

Great location in the Heart of Paris”
Cannot fault reception staff - excellent. Arranged airport transfer. Close to many attractions including Moulin Rouge and 50 metres from metro train for easy transport. Trains are jam packed at most times! Breakfast has fab continental including scrambled eggs, bacon?? and sausages. Walking distance to Sacre Couer.

First time in Paris”
I like the hotel. Wanted to adventure abit, but this time I prefer to play safe so that's why I picked Mercure. Japanese restaurant across the street is pretty good for a choice for a quick meal. The cafe accross is a good place for an alternate breakfast. Breakfast is good, I guess if you can have a choice of price including breakfast, then you should pick it cause separately breakfast alone is quiet price. Staff is wonderful.

Very nice stay with Mercure Montmartre”
We really enjoyed staying in Mercure Montmartre hotel, thanks to the nice people working there and the easy access to the city from the hotel. Only few minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood around the hotel.

Well located, with expected services, except for..”
Good stay at the hotel, which provides all expected services for the price and category. Service was good and the room spacious, clean and with all modern appliances, even with a view on the Eiffel tower if you stretched looking through the window! However, at our arrival at the Mercure, we were told that a maximum of three people could stay in the room, regardless of their age. The information provided was misleading and resulted for us to find an additional accomodation for one of us.

lovely hotel in great location”
Lovely hotel with large rooms so unusual for Paris. We upgraded our room in order to view the Eiffel Tower which was lovely. The room was spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The hotel is in walking distance of pubs and resataurants with the Metro also a mere 3 minute walk away. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and recommended a fab thai restaurant to us. Would highly recommend this hotel.
