Very easy to access CDG airport via free shuttle. Dinner buffet was average only, breakfast buffet was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and quiet room for a good sleep.

I thought the location of this hotel is near the airport shuttle train. But it was quite a walk. Other hotels could be a better option for shorter walk. Bedroom and toilet were decent for overnight transit stay.

One night stay ”
Interesting decor with a Japan theme. Very slow to check in. Only one member of staff. Large window gave good feeling of space. Comfortable bed. Some confusion with switches for lights. Good variety for breakfast. Vague directions from the receptionist as to where the train was located for the airport. Too far with heavy luggage. Hotel group should provide own shuttle bus for guests, particularly as regards room charges, apart from conventions - most guests are leaving the hotel to return to the airport for a further flight.

Expensive lower end 3 stars hotel”
The location is not just nearby the train to go to airport so beware if you have heavy luggage. I asked to call a taxi who reaped us 30 euros for the 5 minutes drive. The room we had was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom was really cheaply made of this kind of one big plastic piece kind of thing. The staff was quite slow and not client oriented. Paid more than 200 euros for the room which was a reap off. Not a bad hotel but it feels like they just take advantage of the name Mercure and the location to charge this kind of fees for a level of service lower than the rest of the franchise.

It was an OK experience ”
It took us quite a long time to process the check in. After waited for a long time, they given us two rooms that quite far from each other - I booked for adjacent rooms. Then I asked the other staff to change it. Another problems, my family brought tons of luggages but the doorman literally just stood there and not trying to help us at all. Ended us back and forth to our rooms to bring all of them. The rooms was okay, not too big but enough if you stay for short time. They does not have free shuttle but you can walk around 5 minutes to the free tram station towards the terminal 1 of CDG.

Due to the covid-19 situation the hotel had to close its restaurant. This is completely understandable. As an alternative the hotel offered a breakfast package, and room service was still possible. I found it unreasonable to charge the full price for the breakfast (19,90 p.p. for a take away breakfast bag). And I found it unreasonable to charge 5 euro to bring the food to the room... Plus the unannounced city tax which was not included in the room rate... oh and on top of that, the quality of the food was bad.

AC doesn't cool, although they did send someone to check it promptly. Only one bath towel for 2 guests, and all the towels were thin and cheap. I'll try the Hilton next visit.

Tale of TWO ! MERCURE Hotels at Roissy/CDG APT”
The stay was fine BUT we and others experienced major delay and inconvenience because there are TWO (2) Mercure Hotels at Roissy/CDG and the actual airport-operated shuttle (huge bus, overcrowded, hard to bvaod and deboard with luggage, only every 23 minutes or so,etc etc) on the BLACK LINE goes to the other MERCURE. The CDG terminal bus signpost and the signs on BLACK Line buses are marked for the MERCURE but it turns out to be the OTHER MERCURE. We went to the other MERCURE on the BLACK Bus to find that we had our reservatiuon at the other Mercure. The wrong one called the right one which sent a shuttle van and all went ok afterwards but we lost about 2 hours .. I am a ACCOR Classic Club member and feel we are due a refund due to lost time,being exposed to night (2100 to 2300) delays, etc It is shocking that ACCOR and MERCURE senior management allow this intolerable situation to continue. I am 80 and my wife 72. The MERCURE can be a 4-STAR BUT the shuttle mix-ups need to be fixed.This will need coordination within ACCOR, MERCURE and with the Airport Authority.

Costly hotel near airport. ”
The Pullman Hotel at CDG airport Paris is a short 10 minutes drive away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus but it is not easy to find the shuttle bus stop at the airport. It is on the 5/F above the airport Railway Station and the signs there mentions several hotels but not Pullman. Call Pullman on +33 149192929 to let them know you are there. The hotel is modern with good comfortable beds, CNN and BBC World channels on TV but the WIFI in the room was slow and not very efficient. This hotel is a bit expensive but being close the the airport that is to be expected. The bathroom had quite a small walk in shower and the toilet was located only a short distance from the shower door whilst surprisingly the two toilet paper holders were given a large amount of space between the toilet and the wash basin.

Perfect for the last night in Paris”
We just needed a stay for one night before slyibg out. We were so super tired !!! This hotel was oerfect for all of us : adults , children, seniors . The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Pretty spacious by Paris standards. Breakfast was very very good. Lots of choice. Free ahuttle to the airport. We are very satisfied. Would choise it again.

I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of the hotel and guest room considering the reasonable price! The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant had a nicely diverse menu, with very good wines, making for a pleasant evening; the buffet breakfast was most excellent, with so many tasty choices and all readily available to allow each person to customize their meal and the time spent doing so. Will definitely recommend for anyone wishing to stay near the airport!

Convenient Airport Shuttle, Comfortable stay”
The room is comfy and clean, just like any other standard 4-star airport hotel. I also like the design of lobby. The staff is very helpful. I lost my keys on my way from the concierge to my room and a waiter gave it back to me. When I left, I caught the earliest shuttle to terminal 2 and the experience was great.

This airport hotel is great. Room is big and comfortable. The staff is friendly although there were some problems at check-in, it was sorted out rather quickly. The food is alright Good choice if you have to catch an early flight and you do not want to stay too far from the airport.
