Excelent service”

Theo and the team at receptionist have been very attentive from the begining we stayed. They trully accomodate our need from a to z. This is our second stay at Mercure Bercy. Love to come back and meet those friendly and helpful persons.

Awesome location ”

There’s a really good French restaurant near the hotel. I love their food, the confit duck is omg. I always heard negative comments from friends that they’re discriminated, but there was none I repeat, none when we were there. All of them, superb friendly. Anyway metro station is just opposite. The hotel location is just great. We had real friendly and welcoming staff offering to carry our luggages up the little stairs to the lift. Hotel is new and clean. By the way there’s a mini mart opposite and bakery just right beside. There’s a pretty new pizza and pasta restaurant too, good food people. Cab from main station to hotel is comfortable, we had real honest Parisan driver. Awesome experience, a really good one. We will stay again if we were to go back to Paris. :)

Near Metro and shops. ”

We had issues checking in due to the fact that Agoda reflected that kids under 12 stay for free if using existing bedding. Upon checking-in, they noticed that we had our 4 and 5 year old daughters with us and informed us that Paris does not allow more than 2 people in a room due to their fire safety code. Hamid immediately thought of a solution for us, we had to book 2 rooms for a day before upgrading to a triple sharing room. It was payable but I will not blame the hotel since it is their country's rule. Agoda should state clearly in order to avoid any future misunderstanding for families with young children. Thank you Hamid for your assistance! Also, the hotel is just beside Quai De La Gare metro station which shares the same line with Bir Hakiem and Trocadero station, very convenient! Did not feel scared to return to hotel since it was beside the road and beside the metro station. Also, their is a cafe/bar which is always busy at the end of the road thus making the area more livelier. We paid to be upgraded to the Privellege room upon check-in and we had the view of the famous Sienne River! Our stay though started the wrong way, it was as wonderful as it could be!

Room is good size and clean, very good location just next to a train station that can go to Ieffel tower and connecting trains to other destinations. Very accessible. Going in the hotel is a bit complicated as always need to bell the front desk to open doors but it makes it feel safer for guest. Wifi is a bit slow inside the room as well, hope they can upgrade this part. Overall I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Recommended.

Hotel is clean with nice rooms, staff were 10/10. Parking under hotel was excellent as we have a wheelchair user travelling with us. Hotel is right on the river which is a brisk 15-20 minute walk to the tourist hotspots. The only downside is that the hotel is not in a nice area to be milling around with children especially after dark, fortunately we were able to use the car to come and go late at night.

Great Location”

Worth the money. Room is nice, quiet and comfort. Metro Quai de la Gare is just in front of the hotel.

Our room shower didn't have hot water, we were promptly offered another room. Good service, it didn't give us too much hassles. Breakfast was good. Bedding and room size great. One subway station near Hotel, but not much to see around the hotel besides the Seine river.
