Lovely hotel, beautiful welcoming environment”
Overall, very lovely. Enjoyed the room and environment of a 'fancy' hotel.. near train station which was great for going out everyday. Only one staff member was friendly and helpful, some others were a little rude and impolite unfortunately. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh sheets given. Great shower and bathroom size. Modernised, well equiped and relatively easy to find using public transport! Will definitely consider again when in Paris :)

No frills accommodations ”
Upon arrival, staff was courteous and check in was easy. Didn’t really need to talk to the staff unless the door key/AC didn’t work. Don’t forget the tax! Room was clean but small, asked for a bigger room, however “all booked”. No amenities in room except hot pot, safe, hair dryer, and TV (which had no English subtitles). No mini fridge in room but they will keep your stuff in their fridge in main lobby. Bathroom was nice with daily towel service for the number of people in room. AC was essential d/t the heat wave we had while in Paris!! However, it did break down twice...once on a Sunday, when nobody works. Hotel was conveniently located next to the metro station. Easy to get to the Eiffel Tower and other beautiful sites within city of Paris. I recommend this hotel for the value of the stay. I do not recommend this hotel if you want a more luxurious room. Convenient, but, definitely a no frills place to stay!

Me and my parents had an amazing stay in Paris. Plus this hotel's location is very accessible, near Eiffel tower. Easy starting point to roam around Paris. Staffs also helpful.

Good and quiet hotel for travellers”
I booked myself six days in this hotel for a double bed room, even I travel alone. I enjoyed all the peace this hotel gave me after much walking from museum visit. It was located at Balad station, the last station of route M8 which avoids lots of visitors. A good supermarket nearby. Most important, the walls are solid and I have had good sleep every night. I shall come back here when I visit Paris again.

Great place to stay at in Paris!”
Great place to stay in Paris. Location is just walking distance from the Train Station. The only downside that we find is finding breakfast nearby. There's literally no cafe or restaurant open early surround the hotel. Nonetheless, you may consider their breakfast.

Honeymoon trip”
The hotel location is just near to the Balard train station which is easily approachable. Very well maintained and complete value for money. The staff was always happy for help. It is located in the most ideal location as it is the city center and close to all the famous landmarks. I got a very good deal from agoda and i am happy to have spend every single penny on this hotel. Just as an opinion the room i had selected was tiny just go for a bigger room but in my case it was just fine as my travel was too much in the city and in case you want to relax inside the hotel than choose a bigger room size. Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent”
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location allowing easy access to Central Paris. Metro and Tram 1 minute away. A small fridge in the room would have been nice to hold drinks.. Overall, excellent value for money- Lovely breakfast.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast however breakfast staff should prepare hot food for breakfast on time. We had to wait for beans and bacon over 20mins and left at the end. Some travellers are very noisy in the night and seem don't care about other people on their floor banging their doors and screaming in the corridor after midnight. It would be a good idea for hotel to put signs in/outside lift reminding customers to respect others and be quite especially in the night. Overall good experience. Highly recommend to others.

It is close to bus, tram, and metro which is very convinience. staffs are polite. Two things I dont like are very slow elevator(probably in maintenance) and no air con. ( it is quite warm in paris when we stay here)

Comfortable, Cozy room, Close to metro”
In arr 15, just opposite to metro. Cozy room, not big but comfortable. Thanks god that air-con available, we couldn't live without it under haetwave. However, there is no fridge, can't store juice and yogurt in room. The bakery opposite to hotel has good breads, recommended for breakfast.

Very nice place and cheap”
It's a great hotel compare to price and vest place. There are bus stops and the metro station next to the hotel. Also, there is a very nice bakery in front of it so you don't need to have breakfast at the hotel. You can get the Seine river in about 5minute by walk so I was jogging in the morning while a was staying it.

The location of the hotel is the best. Very close to the Metro station and train station, safe neighborhood, a great brasserie and a carrefour nearby. The hotel room was clean, facilities basic but neat.

We enjoyed the chance to experience day to day life amongst the locals by visiting small eateries around Place de Balard. Breakfast included was continental style but very good choices.

Nice stay in a non touristy area”
The hotel is located very close to all forms of public transport so it's a matter on walking across the road and hoping on a bus, a few minutes later you are in any part of the city you would like to go. The hotel is impressively clean and modern. Sound proofing to outside noise was good, just the noise from rooms on the floor above was noticeable. The hotel in a great non touristy neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, just be prepared for no one being able to speak English and no English menus.

Good location and nice for value! Downside is that walls are little thin so i woke up hearing people opening doors But overall clean and nice hotel for value and ideal location. Only three min from metro and close to many attractions. I would recommend and would come again. Theres also many good bakeries around
