It’s a clear example that artistic sophistication is not for the masses but for a lucky few that see beyond the surface. Very comfortable suite . Super clean and nicely decorated . We stayed twice and both times service was impeccable. Sofa bed in living room was not comfortable for our teen , short of that it’s a great price to stay while in Paris .

Amazing room . So big for Paris , at least double the size of most rooms this price . The bathroom had double sink and deep drawers to pack everything away . The bedroom has a large dressing room and extra drawers in the bedroom as well . It’s super quiet and so clean . Each room is a suite and hotel only has 16 rooms in total . I loved it . Position fantastic , steps away from rue st honore snd the best high end shops . Felt very safe here . Lots of police in the area that houses the president of France , American and British embassy nearby . Loved this hotel . Will definitely stay again . Felt like a princess . No negatives …. This is a boutique hotel so don’t expect huge amount of staff . Despite this every need of ours was met .

Most quirky hotel in London ”
Just spent 6 days in this boutique hotel. Very quirky. Extremely helpful and supportive staff (Alexandre & Kaise) look out for them for any issue / recommendation etc. They were all so patient with young kids and extremely pleasant (wassim) went an extra mile to make things easy for us. House keeping, breakfast all great experience.

Nice hotel in Paris, good located, good equipped rooms, good and friendly employees mainly in the kitchen. But very high price for the breakfast. 5 star would be also too much. I think 4 star would be better rated. Very disappointing moment after checking inn in our room and asking for our luggage. After one hour staying in the room they told us "Sorry but we have given you the wrong room, please leave and go to another room.Mistakes can happen but this war really very unprofessional

it’s a beautiful property, but the room cleanliness is in serious need of review. Clearly used toilet when arriving (after housekeeping, so i’m guessing used by staff). Staff follow up was inconsistent and follow up not always there. “old school” hotel operating yet in a small boutique. Argghhh. it did not provide the tranquil environment i had so needed/expected.

AVOID AT ALL COST-WORST HOTEL IN PARIS”
I don’t usually write bad reviews like this but I’ve given enough time and they haven’t given me any response. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THE WORST SERVICE IN PARIS!!!! If there’s such thing as - star I would give this hotel -5 stars! Room were spacious and great but service is horrendous! Doesn’t deserve to be a 5 star hotel at all. I arrived with big luggages since I am travelling with my family and there wasn’t anyone helping us. The only one was there was a girl who couldn’t speak English and didn’t understand a word we are saying. She even tried communicating with us in French. She told us to carry the luggage ourself to our room. It was raining heavily in Paris and we asked to borrow some umbrellas and she told us they ran out. (What kind of 5 star hotel doesn’t even want to lend you umbrellas???????) By the check out time, we carried our luggages to the lobby by ourselves again and I began to check out. The reception asked me to pay €26 for 2 nespresso cups that are available in our room. Outrageous!!!! And after that he told us it was a mistake and that everything was all good. And to my surprise I found a deposit charge on my card of 450 euro that wasn’t release back to my card. I’ve been emailing them since three weeks ago and they haven’t been responding. Tried calling and it was the same girl who couldn’t communicate in English. This hotel is really a shame to the 5 star hotel community in Paris.

Small and luxury Parisienne style hotel ”
Small but luxury Parisienne style hotel on quiet street just 50 meters off the mainfashionable saint honoré. Feel like living in a luxury apartment in Paris. The cleanliness is spotless. The best part of the hotel is George, the concierge who is willing to help the his guest fullfil their needs. I have stayed in several 5 stars hotel like St regis, four seasons and mandarin oriental. I've never met such an attententive person like him. Bravo George!!

Stayed with 2 kids on a weekend. We had a wonderful stay! Good- Best location for shopping and sightseeing. walking distance for Opera, Madlaine, Concord. Nice bar(Buddha bar or Bar at Hotel de Crillon) is on the corner. Beautiful interior throughout small but cozy lobby and lounge. Room is well maintain and also very quiet at night. could it be better -Breakfast. Unfortunately most of the cafe close on Sunday this area so we needed to have breakfast at hotel but quality is not 5 star. Simple breakfast menu, which is fine, but could it be better (especially croissant! and a bit of vegetable) as a 5 star hotel. other than that, it is a perfect.Strongly recommend this hotel- if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay in a petit hotel.

Business and pleasure”
This was a nice place but for the price, there was very little attention. It’s very simple to offer a little gratis water or coffee every day. We stayed 5 days and got two bottles of water and two apples the first day. Very little perks. We also had to pay almost $50/person for continental breakfast. We returned to Paris the next week and stayed at another luxury place for a little less money and got free champagne and coffee and tea and chocolates every day...and a beautiful breakfast. Very small benefits but it’s nice to have little things like this to make one feel more welcomed. This place was nice but not a joyful place at all. Even if money is no object, one still likes little perks.
