With this price and location, I can't complain anything.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but coffee tasted odd. Room was functional but with a springy bit on the floor. Handy location and not a long walk from Gare du Nord.

Great location close to Poissonniere metro”

Inexpensive but very small room although standard for Paris I believe. Only one power outlet for the TV so to recharge laptop etc need to climb onto a chair, unplug TV etc - a bit of daily exercise No power outlet for shaver etc. in bathroom. ATM on each corner opposite the hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants and take-aways in the street plus supermarket a short walk away so easy to grab something to eat. On the Number 7 metro line, one stop to Gare d"Est and 2 stops with one change to Gare de Nord.

Good Location but...”

This hotel is close to the City Center of Paris, but it was a real dump for the price charged. The room was too small for two people to both be moving around in. The shower had trouble draining. The room was dark and had burned out light bulbs. The walls were quite thin. The front desk was quite helpful with helping me book some tickets. For a 19 euro charge.

good area with bars and restaurants close by. as with all parisian hotels rather small rooms, but on business it's not too much of a hardship. free wifi!

Good price to stay, good wifi at three floor, but I think that the fee of shuttle bus for sending to airport is too expensive.

A nice place to stay in the heart of Paris”

i stayed for two nights there. the room was very small, not clean, also some kind of insects were shown up. but the location was very good, lots of nice restaurants and cafes near. the staff speaks good english and was friendly. i would recommend only for short stay

I kindly ask Agoda to check the hotel functional authorization. I doubt that they have one. Is not a proper place to be called hotel. Not that everything is old but also degraded- walls, windows, covers, furniture. Is like staying in an almost demolished house. And the price is sky rocking. Thank you

Lift was very congested as i could hardly got fit into it. Very limited breakfast even Crocent was over cooked Congested Stairs and i requested them for warm water but they asked for 5 Euro for warm water 😂

Very bad service”

The staff at the reception was extremely rude...there is no early check in at this hotel...I requested for 2 hrs early check in as we reached early, for which they initially said hotel is full and they can't do anything..and then after 5 mins another lady comes up and says we can do early check in for 40 euros..I mean the hotel room costs 80 euros for a night and just for 2 hrs early check-in they were asking for 40 euros which I felt was unreasonable..to top it all there was no wifi too but in the website they have mentioned they do provide free wifi...I had read many reviews where travellers have mentioned abt the wifi issue in this hotel which I assume the management has ignored ..u really need to work on ur staff and fix ur wifi

Objet : Problème de réservation VIP avec Agoda Chers responsables d'Agoda, Je me permets de vous écrire en tant que client fidèle et VIP d'Agoda afin de partager une expérience récente très décevante. En tant que membre VIP, je m'attendais à bénéficier d'avantages spécifiques lors de ma réservation d'hôtel, mais malheureusement, cela ne s'est pas déroulé comme prévu. Lorsque j'ai effectué ma réservation en tant que VIP, j'ai choisi une chambre avec un prix correspondant à mon statut VIP. Cependant, à mon arrivée à l'hôtel, j'ai été très déçu de constater que la chambre qui m'a été attribuée était extrêmement petite et ne correspondait en rien à mes attentes en tant que client VIP. Il semblerait que l'hôtel ait basé leur choix sur le prix de la chambre plutôt que de considérer mon statut VIP. En tant que client VIP fidèle, je m'attendais à être traité avec le plus grand soin et à bénéficier d'avantages spéciaux. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été à l'opposé de mes attentes, ce qui a terni mon séjour et mon opinion sur Agoda en tant que plateforme de réservation. Je souhaiterais que ce problème soit résolu de manière satisfaisante. J'apprécierais grandement si vous pouviez enquêter sur cette situation spécifique et veiller à ce que cela ne se reproduise pas à l'avenir. De plus, je vous saurais gré de prendre des mesures appropriées pour rectifier cette situation désagréable lors de ma réservation. En tant que client fidèle, j'espère que vous prendrez en considération mes préoccupations et que vous vous efforcerez de maintenir un niveau de service exemplaire pour les membres VIP d'Agoda. Pour un pied à terre d'une nuit, le rapport emplacement-prix est convenable. Pour une nuit romantique à deux, ce n'est pas envisageable.
