Feeling at home”

Marie (the owner) makes you feel at home, everything is very intimate, comfortable, especially careful for a lovely experience. In addition to English, she speaks Portuguese (Brazil) as well, so for my compatriots, another reason to stay here. You will have easy access to tram, subway and bus (line 67 stop right on the front street).

Very helpful, friendly, family-run b&b in a very pleasant part of Paris (not touristy) with excellent facilities. There are all sorts of options to get into central Paris by public transport, and there’s lots to see in the neighbourhood too. Delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Marie for her welcome and advice. Have booked to return!

The beds are very comfy and the breakfast was very good with attention to detail (always fresh baguettes). The rooms are Parisian style very small. And the 14th arrondissement is of course the best!

The property is in a nice quiet residential area, the room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were delicious and the hostess was so lovely - really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking in again, we loved it here.

Delightful stay! Highly recommend for authentic stay in Paris”

We loved our stay and Marie is the ultimate hostess! The bed was comfortable, and the view was as advertised. It was a very Parisian neighborhood, which was great because we wanted an authentic experience. The blow dryer was so amazing I want to find one in the U.S. Breakfast was delightful, and Marie even personally ordered arranged taxis for us (to go back to the airport at an arranged time, and to do a night time sightseeing tour of the lights). Super clean hotel!

Superb”

We loved staying with Marie and her husband. She gave us some recommendations around the city and provided a great breakfast each morning. Also our room had blackout curtains so very good if recovering from jet lag. Around a 20-30 min commute from the b&b to the city but easy on the bus which has a stop right outside or a short walk to train stations.

Well exceeded our expectations and wax the perfect foil to central Paris.”

Breakfast was perfect and our hosts accommodated my gluten free request with such grace. We loved getting to know this arondissement. What a welcomed area of peace and quiet. The owners bent over backwards to assist us with a number of problems unrelated to their establishment. We would certainly stay here again.
We loved this place. We cannot think of a thing that could be improved. The hosts love what they do and tge the value for money - week exceeded our expectations. The interactions with other guests during breakfast was easy despite language barriers. There were all very kind to English speaking guests who have a very limited French vocabulary.
