Things I like

The location was great and the host took alot of time to write out very specific and helpful information on how to do everything with great tips for visiting the city and for Disneyland. We were able to use the local hotel shuttles which were very convenient for getting to and from Disneyland. The apartment was quiet and the overall value was very good. Now that we understand how to get in and out of the property it's a place we would feel comfortable renting again but make sure you print the instructions in advance since there are several steps there's a main door gate code then a second building with a different code then the elevator needs a third code. The host was very good at communicating which was very helpful. We had gotten locked out because the elevator wasn't working and he was quick to get us the additional key needed to access the first floor steps. The bedroom is a decent size and adequate for sleeping we really just wanted to be close to the Disneyland resort without paying an extravagant amount.

Things I don’t like

No toilet paper was available when we arrived so we had to immediately rush out and buy some. There was a note about being charged €100 if a scrap of trash was found which made leaving our final day a bit stressful. Also even though the host didn't want garbage left, no garbage bags were provided. We did book the hotel on short notice due to our original reservation being cancelled due to storm damage so that might have been why hopefully it was just a one off situation and not the norm.

Things I like

Close to Disney. Short walk to free shuttle bus to the parks. Star Wars theming was good. Balcony an added bonus.

Things I don’t like

Duvets had no covers and were covered in pee stains. Shows two sofa beds only has one double and another sofa which despite emailing and asking we were not given covers for meaning my 12 and 5 year old had to sleep together. Area was rough was scary walking home from shuttle bus lots of gangs with dogs. Was not very clean our feet were dirty from the floors on the first night. Nothing to hang shower up with so had to hose down. Weird metal bits sticking up at balcony door not safe for young children I stood on it lucky this years fashion is shoes with big soles

Things I like

The property had a wonderful location. The property was easy enough to get into once you had all the codes needed. The theme is fun. You are paying for the theme and location to Disney transportation, not exactly the comfort of the house. The area really is a great location for Disney and the grocery and bakery are both in walking distance as well.

Things I don’t like

Instructions for oven would be great, and labeling the wall switch for the overhead fan in the kitchen. The coffee table no longer opens into a dining table. We only needed that on the night of arrival since we spent the rest of the time eating at the parks. Pillows are overworn and very very flat. I am glad we brought our own because it would have been pretty miserable if we didn't have anything to support our heads after long days in the parks.

Good price for money, good information pack given for Disney but slightly dirty and no communication”

Things I like

It was close to a Disneyland hotel so it was easy to catch a shuttle bus. The property gave us a detailed information pack on this which really helped. The property was cheap and I felt very safe in the accommodation.

Things I don’t like

The bed covers and the mattress had unpleasant stains, felt dirty when sleeping. Contacted the host many times before the stay to ask about late check in and had no reply for several months and straight after I left they messaged me to ask a question after having no reply from them.

The Location was easily accessible.

Things I don’t like

There were no soap or other bathroom accessories. Perhaps there were leftovers from the previous guests. I have to purchase these stuff myself. The apartment also needs cleaning at least after three nights of stay. The linens were also not sufficient for six guests.
