              Located in Les Menuires, in Les 3 Vallées Ski Resort, L’Isatis Chalet Hotel is 8 km from Val Thorens and 27 km from Méribel. It offers ski-to-door access, free WiFi and a restaurant. The hotel features chalet-style rooms and suites. The property is a 1-minute walk from Les Bruyères 1 Ski Lift. All accommodation types include an electric fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The private bathroom includes free toiletries and a bath or shower.               Near Perfection!”

              L’Isatis felt like a home away from home in the most picturesque surroundings! We were always greeted warmly by the ever so helpful and friendly Jean and Miss Maud, who went the extra mile in ensuring we made our way back to our bus transfer in the wee hours of the morning on our last day, helping me locate my lost phone and list goes on…Thank you! The staff at L’Isatis are amazing and they make you feel most welcomed. The hotel and its amenities itself is near perfection apart from the hot water shower getting less hot by the end of the week but we don’t mind it as there was always the Jacuzzi with breath taking views to heat us up at the end of each day. Excellent breakfasts and dinner at the hotel’s snowcocoon restaurant, perfect ski-in-ski-out location with all the ski lifts literally a stone throw away, equipment rental available next door and easy access to the free shuttle service if one wanted to explore out further. Good Wi-Fi services. We definitely hope to come back.

              The hotel owner wasn’t very friendly but his wife was, and she was very pleasant and helpful. His unwelcoming attitude did filter down through some of the staff, but not all!

              Lovely hotel - we had a jacuzzi in our room which was very enjoyable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Before the day of departure we were trying to book a taxi to go to Gare Routière Les Menuires (5 mins drive) as we were leaving very early but no taxi wanted to take the job as the next day was Saturday and they have all been booked with longer journey jobs. One of the hotel owners was very kind to offer to take us to the bus station in his own car for free. Location is very convenient as the hotel is right in front of Bruyeres 1 lift (10 seconds walk). We will definitely be back!
              Wifi signal is very poor. It's probably only designed for sending and receiving whatsapp text. However talking to the owner he has been waiting for fiber optics to come into the resort since 5 years ago and he still hasn't heard back on any update yet, so you can't really blame them for that either.

              The hotel was cosy and friendly, and in the most excellent location for ski hire, lift passes, a well-connected lift station, and is ski-in. The ski boot room was warm, so your wet boots dried nicely overnight. My room had a balcony with a hot-tub, which was a lovely bonus. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
              My only minor comments on what could be improved, are: (1) neither of the beds in the suite I rented had bedside tables. This meant I put my glasses, book, alarm clock, etc on the floor; and (2) it would have been great to have a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities

              Best place to stay in Les Menuires”

              The hotel is amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the lovely and accommodating staff! Having a hot tub in a room is a very cool thing and totally recommended; it is what you need after all day of riding. Our room wasn't big but nice and cozy, enough for two, but could be a bit tight for more (there 4 sleeping places). There is a DVD player, ask for HP Collection to watch;) The location is great, the first lift (Bruyères 1) is 20 m away, which is very convenient. The kitchen is nice and tasty for lunch and dinner. Very helpful and careful staff, ready to answer all your needs. We definitely recommend and plan to return ourselves:)
              Breakfast is fair enough, it just could be a bit different from day-to-day

              Hot Tub, Snow and First Tracks”

              Staff were friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough to help, from those in the hotel to the restaurant. Location was perfect for skiing and the hot tub was well deserved/needed at the end of the day. The room would be tight for 4 adults but perfect for two. Bed was comfy and wasn't expecting a small living space with a sofa which was nice. So handy to ski in/out and be 30secs from the lift that takes you to either Les Menuires, Meribel or Val Thorens. Wonderful stay.

              excellent location adjacent to Bruyeres Lift. Comfortable two level room with two double beds and two bathrooms plus the hot tub on the balcony which was great after a day’s skiing. staff were really helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. we also made use of the covered parking as there was heavy snow while we were there. we would recommend and plan to return.
              very little to dislike. the hotel is struggling with staff for the restaurant and had to close one evening - apart from providing for those who had booked half board. that wasn’t a problem for us as we went a few yards along and had a super meal at Les Marmottes.

              Real ski in/out with private hydromassage bath!”

              Perfect location right at the end of the slope. Plus as there are few artificial snow cannons this is a real ski in/out even when there's not much snow around. Very friendly reception and staff overall made everything to let us enjoy the holidays. The hotel provides personal lockers for skiing equipment and embedded boots' driers. We travelled with the cat and the hotel personnel looked carefully not to let her out of the room :) Also a 20% discount for a ski equipment is available at the rent office which is next door.
              Some vegetables for breakfast would be beneficial, but this is such a minor thing which could not spoil the overall exceptional rating!
