the price of this hotel is good and since we wre just having a night stop over in Lyon, the location is close to city centre and able to walk to. staffs speack good english and very friendly

To see the sight and sample the local food”

It was over a mile to the centre of the city. Room was a bit small but a large comfortable bed. The air conditioning was inadequate and the room was too hot and stuffy which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. It was not possible to open the window because of the noise from the highway.

Nice hotel and attractive price”

We spend two nights in this hotel. The overall experience was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quite and safe. The location was quite close to the main attractions of the city and easy to access. The only thing I would like to recommend the management to improve is to give staffs more training on English. It would be more effective for us to communicate and get help from them.

the room was clean,the service was heart to heart,has hair drier and shampoo inside,has coffe and cookies inside just like it.

Small but adequate ”

the kyriad hotel is slighty out of all the action in parrache but if you don't mind a pleasant 10 minute stroll it's fine. the room was small but very clean lots the bathroom is small with a good shower. english speaking chanel on the tv and free wi fi although quite slow. the staff were helpful enough. all in all a good little spot to stay

Extremely small room”

The room is extremely small, it is the smallest one I have ever stayed. There is even not enough space to fully open the two baggages. The worst thing is the air conditioner is out of order and is very noisy. We requested to change another room but the hotel staff said the hotel was full-housed. No room could be changed and we could just tolerate it. The hotel decoration is old. The room and hotel corridors seem not very clean. The location in not very convenient which is far away from the centre and old town.

Poussiéreux ”

Si le rez-de-chaussée est au niveau Ibis Style, les étages sont très poussiéreux. Staff bienveillant et petit-déjeuner de qualité.

Très satisfaite, personnel très aimable à l'écoute”

Très bon séjour, attention toutefois au quartier la nuit où il est mieux de sortir à plusieurs. Nous étions des groupes à la sortie du concert alors pas de souci. Seul mini couac (qui peut arriver partout) : le matin à 11 h 30, une femme de chambre a voulu entrer alors que les sorties sont jusqu'à 12 h et que nous avions fermé à clé pour montrer que nous étions encore là. Mais le personnel d'accueil a été vraiment très gentil, à l'écoute et aimable.

Hotel confortable et propre”

C'est la deuxième fois que nous descendons à l'hotel Kyriad Perrache. Les chambres au mobilier moderne sont clames et propres. Doubles fenêtres avec double vitrage, le calme absolu avec la vue sur le Rhône. Non loin de la gare, Le centre de Lyon est à 10min en métro. Un bon choix que cet hôtel où vous serez accueilli avec le sourire.

J'ai passez un week end très bien dans un hotel ou l'ou se sent bien, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique ! Les chambres sont très jolies, propre et comfortable. Je cherché a allez quelques part dans Lyon, c'étais la premiere fois que j'y étais je suis allez demandé a l'accueil et le personnel ma aidé a allez ou je le voulais, elle ma donné une cartes et ma conseillé, merci. A La Fin de mon séjour je suis allez payé, j'ai trouvé que l'hotel étais pas chere. Je remerci tous les membres du personnel et a bientôt.

Für kurzen Städtetrip akzeptabel, leider nur französiches TV, lärmbelästigung durch Strassenverkehr, preis-leistungsverhältnis schlecht, würde ich nicht mehr besuchen.
