"location is not far from center of town, room is quite big, amazing view around the hotel, jogging track also nice, room facilities is top, comfortable bed and pillows, staff is friendly and some of them speaks english and very helpful, will definitely stay there again next time in changsha, for family with young children we just need kids playroom, usually other 5 star or 4 star hotel provided kids playroom or kids activities."

"The Hotel is within the heart of Furong, Sheraton Changsha Hotel is an Excellent Hotel which is very near to MRT station. Travelling by MRT was the way i did my traveling to do shopping and visit many interesting places in Changsha but occasionally need to take a Taxi to reach some places in Changsha. This was my first trip to Changsha and overnight stay was very good and comfortable. The room size is good and it is clean and well maintained. In addition, besides,i found that the services provided by the staff is excellent. Great Breakfast and Fitness Centre as well as good Spa. Would highly recommend this Hotel to Friends and my Business associates. "
