Everything is WONDERFUL ”
LOCATION: I love this place. It’s so convenient to take the RER B from Paris to CDG 1 (for those travel out of terminal 1 and 3). When you get off, it’s immediately in front of you. In the morning, we took the CDGVAL train (shuttle) to terminal 2 where we fly out. It was a few steps walking back to the airport and it was downstairs. There are plenty of signage assistance. STAFF: Andrea was awesome! She spoke English very well. She informed me of all the policies and how they could help my stay more enjoyable. ROOM: Clean and basic, but roomy. We paid for a suite. Nice touch to have a small bottle of water and some snack in the room. AMENITIES: your basic all-purpose shampoo and body wash avail in the room and that was it. It’s attached to the We booked the place due to our early morning flight out of terminal 2, and we were extremely happy we did.

Exceptional”
Excellent hotel! We were here for just 2 days. The hotel is located at a walking distance from Terminal 3 and is easily accessible via the CDGVAL (internal airport shuttle). It is also located close to the RoissyPole bus station. We were here during the transport strikes in Paris so it was convenient to go to Paris since some train services weren't running. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to head into the city by bus. Thanks Ibis!

Perfect for waiting for a flight or in transit”
Do not expect any personalized service here. It's ultra efficient for checking in though. The hotel is right at the exit of terminal 3 which is easily accessible from the other terminals via the automated train (VAL). Room was very clean, breakfast was good (not as much choice as a real American breakfast but pretty decent before you fly). The only thing is that price is a bit steep for a 3 star hotel...

We booked a night stay for ease to the airport. Located in walking distance to terminal 3 this was convenient. The rooms were good size for a family 4. We enjoyed our stay.

You are in terminal 3 and most flight takes off on terminal 2 there is a free driverless train that take you to your terminal in like 2 minutes Hotel is fabulous for location, I would add fridge to the rooms otherwise amazing

We were there for just a night as we have to catch early flight the next day back home. The room is very clean. The location is fantastic - only walking distance to catch a Paris-Charles de Gaulle CDGVAL. I must say the breakfast is really good too - variety and yummy :)

Smell”
The staff are very kind to have helped me change my room to a one with window. But the room I've got had urine smell in the toilet. I guess they didn't manage to clean it before I moved in. Anyway its only one night for me, I'm not that particular.

Very bad wifi, I had to move to the other ibis to get good wifi. It was probably a one time thing but it was annoying that day
