The staff was super unfriendly, tiny small room, and water dripped from the window to our bed”
Their room was tiny to the level we even didnt have any space to walk between the table and the bed when we put down and opened our suitcases. Ridiculously small! Plus, I think to save more labor cost, they could just use robots. The rebots even could be more welcoming, smiling and communicative than their staff. We were there for 5 days, several different receptionist we met, but they were all the same. The only 2 persons who were friendly and helpful were the one in the kitchen. I really felt annoyed that many hotels in Europe don't provide a kettle. In winter, it is really needed for the hot tea and coffee. I even asked to borrow one but they just said NO. The hotel really didnt think about how to make the stay of their customers more comfortable. This is only a motel, where you have a bed to lie down and a toilet to use. Nothing more!

If you are looking for an affordable stay near to Paris Center, this is the place. Room are rather small but it's clean with basic facilities. Go for this hotel only if you are out whole day exploring. This is not a hotel for staycation.

Not really like other ibis hotels we stayed in. The room had a weird muggy smell and there was hair on the towel. The bed was not comfy we couldnt sleep well. Staff was nice and friendly and breakfast was good. But you have to pay for a locker to leave your luggage in.

Nice hotel; 10 minutes Walk from Mairie De Montrouge Metro station”
Rooms were small but neat and clean; Sofa cum bed was good for my kid; Lockers were available on ground floor as paid service (We used it to keep our small bag when we checked out to roam around Paris till evening time). Somewhat far from main attractions but, I got a good deal and we could also roam around Paris with "Paris Visite" pass so, overall good stay!

Hotel wasn’t emphatic to cancel our hotel without charge although there was a riot. Told us that they can cancel but will keep the credit until our next visit (what a bad idea sorry). Even after sharing that we were travelling with elderly and a toddler. Place is Super Super far from the Paris attractions and it takes over 45mins to travel by car. Receiving receptionist was also rude. Breakfast was not bad and the restaurant at the hotel serves good but expensive food. Will not ever ever book this hotel ever again.

Terrible experience, not recommended”
To start, it said on the website that it was about 6 km away from Eiffel Tower. Not true. It´s very far from everything. Second, very hot weather, air conditioning was more like warm ir. Phone in the room didn't work. The soap/body wash/shampoo bottle in the bathroom was broken, and there were no towels when we got there. In the restaurant, we were served by a waiter that almost punched us for a simple question, the most disrespectful attitude, and no one cared. They told us when we checked in that parking was paid by the hour, checking out they said it was by the day, no matter the amount of hours. When we tried to give them our feedback about our experience, the answer was ¨- its hard for tourists that come from outside France, because we do things different here, everybody tells us the same thing, there's a lot we need to learn...¨ no more comments are necessary.

My worst hotel experience”
Filthy rooms - dusty furniture and beds. There was trash under the bed. When asked to clean, the housekeeping was rude. The third (extra) bed we requested was not even useable. When we checked out, we brought our bags to the restaurant, the staff were rude and said : "NO BAGS LEAVE IT OUTISDE". Front Desk also said : "TAKE BAGS WITH YOU". This was all in a very rude manner while also kept doing a gesture to send us away. Front desk staff were rude and racist. They threatened to call police just because we complained about the service. I guess customers are not allowed to complain about your unsatisfactory hotel and service. Definitely do not recommend this 'hotel'. Zero courtesy, very rude staff and zero customer service. Staff was unapproachable as well.
