I wasn’t impressed with the facilities. The bathtub for instance needs to be upgraded to a modern one so water doesn’t fill every where in the bathroom. Breakfast is boring… more varieties should be included and friendlier staff should be positioned there especially at the serving point. The black guy wasn’t party friendly

Top airport hotel”
The Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle Hotel is well located close to the airport and offers shuttle which is convenient to reach departing flights. It needs to be noted that the city center is far. Having been to the hotel already multiple times we enjoyed the well equipped spacious rooms and the excellent breakfast buffet. What was annoying this time was the lack of service this time. The check-in counter at the late hour of 10 pm was only equipped with one person resulting in a more than 10 min wait. Obviously a temp was serving in the bar area carefully ignoring any further work - getting up and order at the bar was required. Otherwise still an excellent hotel.

Nice & close to the airport & the shuttle bus is a bonus. We stayed on the club regency level & must say a little disappointed with the drinks & canapés, although the breakfast the next day more than made up for it!

Near airport with hotel shuttle service. Close proximity to mall for wider food selection and last minute shopping, if required. Friendly staff and clean room. I will definitely choose the hotel again in my next visit.

Airport hotel in Paris CDG”
Primer advantage of the hotel is the distance to the airport and the availability of a shuttle bus. The rooms are clean but slightly disappointing was the lacking cleanness of the corridor. The breakfast buffet is excellent. It is a great hotel to stay for catching an early morning flight.

Good hotel but extremely rude staff”
While I Checked in to the hotel, my room didn't had any towel or toiletries in the washroom. When I asked the reception, I was told to wait. I called again after 10 mins to remind them and was told that it will take time. Isn't it hotel's responsibility to arrange before the guest arrive in the room? Anyways, I then realized there was also no water in the room, this is where things went completely wrong, the guy at the reception said they had no housekeeping person in the night to give water, it's a hotel and I'm sure that the housekeeping staff should be there 24/7. I decided to go down and asked for the water, the answer I got was truly shocking, they said they don't provide water and that I need to buy the water. When I asked why the lady said check in the website, it doesn't say we provide water. Hyatt is a known name in hospitality,however experiences like this will make anyone think twice before booking a room in this hotel.

Disappointing”
The bedrooms are large enough and there is a free transport to CDG terminal 2. That's all for the positive points. The hotel is too old and would seriously need a refurbishment (ex: the wardrobe in the bedroom is just crazy). The sound insulation of the bedroom entrance's door is very poor. The food at the restaurant is not good (only the bread was good but the pizza awful). The range of services is poor. We had promotion prices at 100 euros per room/night. Fortunately. That would have been mad spending more. Won't come back.

Dirty and falling apart”
I had booked a deluxe room and had to complain to the front staff that there was dust on the bedside tables, a hair in the bathtub and worse... leftover expired sushis courtesy of the previous customer in the dirty empty minibar. All this showing complete lack of care feom housekeeping which i couldn’t understand giving i checked in at 4-5pm giving them plenty of time. I was upgraded. To a junior suite which i wish i could share pictures of the state of the bathtub sides that were destroyed/rusty, the back of the toilet canalisation was destroyed too and the inside was marked and the door locket broken. Shocking to be a Hyatt. Please close down and revamp.

I booked through Agoda for 2 adults and 1 child who is 11years old. When I reached the check in counter , the reception mentioned that they only have bookings for 2 adults. When I showed him the confirmation from Agoda, to my surprise, he said that they did not care about Agoda bookings. Only when I started to argue my way than he agreed to do up the extra bed for us. I have been booking through Agoda and had never experienced this issue.
