"very friendly and helpful staff. The only cons are: no signs outside the building so we waste some time to look for the correct one, and you might need to wake up early for breakfast. guess not many guests so there prepare only one round of food."

"The room is clean, the bathroom supplies are complete, the water is strong enough, the shower is very comfortable, the mattress and the pillow are very comfortable to sleep, so I am ridiculed that I mistakenly think that I am in my own bed, sleep in the morning and reach out to the bed and press the fan switch. What made me most memorable was Liu Yuchun, the breakfast waiter. Let the couple feel at home. I still don't understand that the waiter and the foreman manager refused to accept my reward tip. I will definitely return to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to my friends in Huadu. It is your regret to stay up one time!"

"My stay was clouded when I found out there were only 2 slow small capacity lifts. I found it painful waiting to travel 1 floor up from my breakfast to my room on Level 6. To my shock and horror i found out there is no stair access from reception to the upper 16 floors. This brings the next question what are the regulations as in case of fire there is no way that you could get out other than 2 defunct lifts and a service lift for the workers. Please correct me if I have this wrong but the reception just said they were sorry. I checked out immediately I have been coming to Huadu regularly for 6 years and usually stay at the Phoenix Hotel which is nearby and strongly recommended. Washing machine and excellent stair access"
