Hotels near Conciergerie Palace

A big plus of this hotel is definately location, walking distance to shops, cafes, lourve and notre dam. Some unusual features of the hotel include, 1. motion sensor activated alley lighting (i.e. appears completely dark until you gather enough courage to step out of the 2 person lift) 2. Small clean room with good layout, it has everything you need and nothing you dont (unless if bathtub is in your need basket) 3. A car remote sort of device to open room door, takes a bit of getting used to and if you take too long fumbling the alley goes dark again :D 4. Taxi booking fee ... the hotel charges a booking fee for their trouble of calling a cab which is quite steep in my opinion EUR 5 ... wait for it ... per person ... so my wife and I got charged a booking fee of EUR 10 for a single cab ... naturally at first I thought this was prepayment for the taxi ... until i realised it's not Our overall experience was a good one and will stay at Duo Hotel again ... and order our own taxi ;D

On my first trip to Paris and as a solo traveller, I think I made a great pick. I don't have lots of money so I wasn't going looking for anything flashy but all the same this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were quite large (I had just come from a tiny hotel in London), very clean, the bathroom was lovely and I had a nice view from my balcony. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when helping my with bookings etc. I only have one star for food because I didn't eat at the hotel at all during my stay. Highly recommend

The beds in this hotel were so soft and comfy that my parents and I had the best sleep of the whole trip. Even better than 4 star hotels! Given, the elevator was old and the room was small which is commonplace in paris, but its proximity to Bastille market, location wise a straight walk down to the main shopping district makes this hotel the best place for us to stay in Paris at its price. We loved the way the top floor bed had a skylight which captured its old parisian feel. Awesome for travellers on budget and dont mind a little old equipment

long story short we got our bag stolen with our passports at the country before france. our trip was ruined! BUT hotel france louvre just made everything better. the staff were the best. ALL 4 we interacted with on our 5day stay just kept helping whenever we needed something with a smile. yes the hotel is little on the older side but it is very charming and everything you need for a comfortable stay. the location is great and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby to get food and wine. if you want to stay with staff that care this is the place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little charming hotel. The staff are great, kind and helpful at all times. They were also very sweet in that they left a note to wish us well for our weddding anniversary, and they also offered a nice bowl of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, especially if you want to explore this fantastic neighbourhood which is the Marais, with plenty of quirky shops, world class museums, great bars and restaurants. The hotel is tastefully decorated and well kept, which makes one's stay very pleasant. Rooms are on the small side (still this is Paris where hotel rooms seem to average on the small side, so...), but there is all you need to spend a good and relaxing time. Breakfast is normally not included in the room's price and come at 20 Euros per person, so despite being very nice quality if you want to go for something quick (e.g. Cappuccino and croissant only) you'd better go to one of the many bars nearby. The rooms as well are not cheap but I guess Paris and the Marais are in general not cheap either so I believe Bourg Tibourg is definitely a good choice if you want to fully enjoy such a level of service and comfort.

We loved the Caron and would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Sandra, Hassan and Hafid could not have been anymore helpful along with the breakfast staff everyone was just lovely. The hotel is very comfortable and has everything you would want including extras. The location which is just is in the street leading up to St Catherine's square is excellent and in between both St Paul and Bastille stations. Great area with lots of cafes and shopping and great feel.

Lovely staff, great location. Looks like Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen went mad on the interior which is a lot of fun. Did get a sense that the hotel was really banking on the decor to carry it's 4 stars in some ways as the rooms were actually quite small and there were no special facilities however the friendly, helpful service and great atmostphere also looked like they were making a big effort to earn their stripes. Would definately recommend for a city break as is also a lovely part of Paris and staff want you to discover as much as you can about the city. I would go back.

we stayed here for 1 night and arrived at about 12 noon. we had lunch in a nearby restaurant whilst the room was made up and it was very child friendly. the room was a good size with a huge bathroom. the room was clean and had plenty of storage space. with two large double beds it was easy to have our 3 and 6 year old in the bed next to us. the staff were friendly enough and we stored our bags in the hotel whilst we toured paris for the second day. i have stayed in about 20 hotels in paris and this was the biggest room in central paris. we ate out so cannot comment on breakfast other than to say it looked very busy.

We stayed at Hotel de Lutece for a weekend break in Paris and it was perfect for this purpose. Centrally located on Ile St Louis, many of the big sights are within walking distance e.g. Notre Dame barely 5 minutes away. However it was also very quiet and on a lovely street packed with charming artisan shops and nice restaurants. We recommend the cheese shop opposite, the chocolate shop next door and any of the cafes selling berthillon ice cream. You are also a few minutes walk from the metro system if you want to visit any of the sights further afield. The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel itself is warm and cosy, the rooms slightly small - but this is Paris remember - and the shower was powerful and hot. Overall, a slightly expensive stay (but nothing out of the price range for similar hotels in the capital) but well worth it for a comfortable stay in a well located hotel in charming environs.

I stayed in the hotel overnight as it was close to a meeting I had. The room was very large for Europe and was tastefully decorated in a modern style. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. I liked the feature of being able to control all the room features such as lights and blinds from the iPad. i was on the top floor and the view was nice and the channel and the Sein to the right. It was quiet and close to the Qaui de le Rappe metro station a short walk across the street. The area lacks cafes and restaurants however with the fully equipped kitchen and great restaurants a short uber or metro stop away it's not too bad. The room was very hot as there are floor to ceiling windows and it was 35 degrees in Paris. If arriving during the summer perhaps make a request that the automatic blinds and the shades in the room be drawn closed to assist with room temperature as the air condition was never able to catch up and cool the room resulting in 24 degrees in the room. The staff was very attentive with offering another room and checking the switch board to ensure the AC was working however. There is breakfast available for 20 euros per person as well as room service. The wi-fi worked very well. There is an excellent expresso machine in the room with fresh bean ground expresso, however no cream or sugar available- although they likely would have brought some to the room had I asked. Although $300 CAN per night is a bit steep, the size and comfort of the room is perhaps worth it if that is what you are looking for. Location. Or the best for cafes and restaurants but plenty within a 20 min walk toward Notre Dame. I would stay again.

The hotel is easy to find and located in a very convenient location. I initially stayed for three night and extended for another three and the ladies at the reception were very helpful. The staff speaks good English therefore I did not feel that there is a barrier in communication. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can say nothing about it. I've had a good stay at Hotel Bastille Speria.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and there are plenty of shopping, eating and touristy spots around it. In fact, as there's so much to do around the hotel area, you'll find yourself needing to try your best to go out and explore outside of Marais and surrounding area! The price is a bit steep, but we were prepared, since it's Paris. The size of the room is comfortable and not too cramped, which to us was the most important, as we do spend some nights in the room. 5 min walk from the hotel you'll find yourself a laundromat which is convenient, especially when Paris was the last leg of our 2-week vacation. All in all, it's a fantastic boutique hotel!

This hotel is a three star on the isle de St. Louis, just down river from Norte Dame. Quiet street with almost no traffic. Nice restaurants available. Good shops nearby. Can walk to many parts of Paris quite easily and yet the hotel is out of the hubbub of the city. Four minute walk to Norte Dame. There is a Metro stop just off of the island just a four minute walk away. Staff is very helpful for anything you need. Rooms are well appointed. Rooms are not big, but perfectly adequate. We had a two story room that had a twin and bathroom on first floor and bedroom, sitting area on 2nd floor. Might be difficult for older folks, but quite workable for us. The breakfast was not included and one might consider eating elsewhere rather than pay 18 euros, but the breakfast there was fine. The lobby and bar are pleasant enough, but the lobby is secured from wandering tourists, which I think is a great idea. Keeps the hotel secure and quiet. It is not the Ritz, but it is a very nice place to stay.
