"Location is across from train station but need a tram ride to city center. Some reception staff are not very welcoming and rather do something else. There are times the staff are not in the desk - will need to 'knock' to get them to the desk! "

"Although the room was small it was very clean and comfortable. It's about 2 minutes walk to Gare St. Jean where you can hop on the local tram to get you to the city centre in about 5-10 minutes or catch the intercity train to Paris or other destinations. There are many places to eat around the station including a cafe at the station which offers a quick set continental breakfast if you are on the run. Free WiFi in the room was very good. I Would definitely stay there again."
