I liked the friendly staff's service and the clean rooms. Every day, they provided one bottle of water per person, and the breakfast was simple but had vegetables, which was nice. The coffee machine had a variety of capsules to choose from, so I could take a cup of coffee with me every day. The location is fantastic. There are no issues walking from the subway to Times Square, and it is safe and has very convenient transportation. Restaurants and stores are right nearby, making it the best location for traveling in Manhattan. One downside is that even when I hung the “make up room” card, they only replaced the towels and did not change the floor or sheets. On the third day, I asked for cleaning at the front desk before going out, but when I returned in the evening, they again only changed the towels and just arranged the sheets. The next day, I wrote a note asking for sheet changes and cleaning and left it over the tip, and finally, the cleaning and sheet changes were done. If you want cleaning, make sure to communicate directly through a note ^^ If you use this properly, the satisfaction in terms of location and price for traveling in Manhattan is the best!
