Paris trip”

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help with anything! The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym facilities were great - very nice to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Would recommend!

Not a good stay We stayed for 3 nights. Lifts didn't work a single day. Even if there were other rooms vacant, we were given the smallest room. We were continuously shirked away and lied whenever we asked to change our room The room that we had was very very small. Bathrooms didn't have lotion and conditioner. Not at all value for money. Staff is not accommodating. They will saying things and not do it even after multiple requests.

Good Service”

We have a lovely stay here, we stayed for a week. Our only suggestion would be that the room requires a frigde. You can have brekky at the hotel but no other meals so it woulkd have been handy to have something in a fridge.Helpful and nice staff. Swimmi8ng pool sauna spa all great.

Exellent service”

If you plan to stay in your room a lot, you might look for bigger rooms. For sleep and shower they are good. In all, there were only one minus - the airconditioning were not able to cope with the heat outside. The first room we got was very warm, the management tried to give us a new one, wich were better, but far from cool. It was way cooler when we got down to have breakfast, wich was good, by the way. The rooms are ok, but in the hot season, you need better cooling to get a good sleep. The short walk to the Metro make the location great. Away from the stress, but a short way to get to the main attractions.

Clean and well maintained hotel”

rooms were comfortable and clean.the beds were a little small but were comfortable. after a long day sight seeing the pool was a nice way to relax followed by a visit to the jacuzzi.there was also a gym and sauna available for use. breakfast is good but a little pricey. all in all we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. the location is about a half mile walk to the nearest metro station and about the same to the nearest rer station.

Lovely hotel and great service”

I had to travel with cast on my broken foot so it was out of the question to take the metro as the nearest metro station was 15 min walk away from the hotel. However, right across the street bus 74 took me down to Ile de France which is basically center. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool which were clean and quiet.

Unexpected disaster ”

Stayed for 3 nights and on our 2nd day the water pipe for the building burst causing a huge flood on the street and water supply was totally cut off. So we did not get our shower and the toilet stank like hell as there weren’t water supply. But the most disappointing experience was from the Hotel management. I know its not a four or five star hotel and i dont expect a five star treatment but the managment of the hotel need to find the correct approach in looking after their customers in the hotel. They just pasted a notice on a piece of paper on every level and did not give suggestions or alternatives on where to get water or offer us any advice instead they just keep saying we dont know and even got slightly pissed off when we asked if we could get a refund for the last night. One of the staffs only gave us 2 bottles of mineral water in nighttime as aaltrrnatives which was a bit too late isn it. My mind was set to go to a new hotel for our last night as we couldn’t take it anymore but eventually the water supply issue was resolved the next morning so we just stayed. Sorry but i won’t be coming back to this hotel again and i don’t recommend to stay in this area as well.

Situat a Clichy tranquil barri residencial de Paris.Amb la estacio del Metro Mairie de Clichy aneu facilment al centre turistic de Paris.Una preciosa piscina,sauna i jacuzzi per comencar el dia .Un personal molt amable,Bons restaurants als voltants. Un hotelet molt agradable i segur que hi tornarem quan vinguedm de nou a Paris ciutat maravellosa. Hotel recomanable amb bona relacio qualitat preu.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour son bon rapport qualité – prix, son emplacement idéalement situé et bien desservi par les transports en commun, descendre à la station Saint-Ouen, sur la ligne 14. En un rien de temps, vous serez à Paris et / ou pourrez faire votre correspondance pour rejoindre une autre ligne de métro, de RER ou de Tramway. Si vous êtes chargés ou pas, enceinte ou pas, en situation de handicap ou pas, vous pouvez continuer en bus, avec la ligne 174 ou 274, depuis la sortie du métro jusqu'à l'arrêt le plus proche de l'hôtel qui est République François Mitterrand. Et selon Google Maps, il vous reste 2 minutes de marche jusqu'à l'hôtel. Si vous ne connaissez pas la région parisienne et son réseau de transport en commun. La ligne 14 est une ligne automatique de la RATP, la Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens. Donc, il n'y a pas de chauffeur qui pilote le métro. Alors vous pouvez venir à cet hôtel même une journée de grève. Si vous venez une journée de grève, il y aura du monde sur la ligne 14. Toutefois, si vous venez une journée de grève, vous ne devrez emprunter que les autres lignes automatiques pour vous déplacer sur les lignes de la RATP ou emprunter les lignes RER de la SNCF, la Société nationale des chemins de fer français. La propreté de l'hôtel et de la chambre, la qualité et l’amabilité du personnel étaient au top. La qualité des services et des équipements sont également au top. Je vais vous en dire plus. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il y a un large choix de produits avec le petit-déjeuner traditionnel français principalement sucré avec un large choix de confitures, du miel, du beurre doux ou du beurre demi-sel ou le parfait english breakfast ou si vous ne m'avez pas compris, le parfait petit-déjeuner anglais avec le bacon ou les œufs brouillés entre autres. J'ajoute qu'il y a une piscine, un sauna, un jacuzzi et une salle de sport. Il y a la possibilité de se faire masser p
