Good value for a single traveller”

This hotel is perfect for the budget single traveller in Paris. It was 89 Euros a night for an acceptable room with an en suite bathroom. The room had windows to the street, and the staff was friendly. It was also about a 3 minute walk from Argentine metro.

great location and value”

This hotel is a small, boutique style hotel in a great location next to a metro station. It's tucked in on a side street with easy access to various shopping and eating establishments.

Feel of a French home”

It was a very comfortable stay in the best location. The hotel is quaint, very french, with kind staff! I love the room & terrace view!

Love and romance”

We came back after a week in london to this hotel. The staff was excellent helped us with everythg we need. Shuttle from and return to airport was opposite road.

Pleasant”

Only hitch was that AGODA had not confirmed our reservation with the hotel. Fortunately they had a room available, but that was just lucky. They mentioned they've had this problem frequently.

Good place but no enough services”

The hotel is located in a very close place to the Arc-de-Triomphe and the reception desk are existing 24 horus, however very small lobby, just 2 chairs behind the reception The major drawback is that they have no elevator so I had to go to 4th floor carrying my bag on the stairs, although the room service are friendly.

Hotel is in a good central location.”

The hotel had a old fashioned Parisian charm to it, and it's location is great for the Metro and sightseeing. Unfortunately it lets its self down by providing towels that were grubby and threadbare. I was there three nights i don't think the towels were changed the first night, on the last night i was left with just two small hand towels. The room also lacked a kettle, so unable to make a cup of tea/coffee after a long day out.

Not a safe hotel. Women should not stay here. ”

The front door to my room was damaged from attempted break in. The balcony door would not lock at all but had to be left open at night because otherwise the room stank. It was not a private balcony but shared with adjoining rooms. If I was a woman I would have had to have moved out. The room was old and smelled very musty and there seemed to be some toilet odours. The hotel is very old and has no elevator. I had to carry my bag up and down four storeys of a spiral staircase. It was relatively cheap and in a good location. You get what you pay for. Would not stay again nor recommend.

Very peaceful and pleasant”

Overall our stay was pleasant. Two things that annoyed us a bit were the state of the towels-need changing and on a couple of days we had cold water but was seen too.

nice lovely hotel”

We have some problem from the door lock but it was solve the next morning. The staff provide excellent service from day one till we leave.

Facilities disappointing.”

The towels were grey and so tired needing renewing desperately. No drinking facilities in the room but available if you paid for one. Very noisy location in the early morning from 5 am onwards. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful

Ok location but the hotel needs renovating”

Would not recommend this hotel. Too expensive. Desperately in need of renovation. Short hard bed, poor quality of towels, separate toilet with no sink. No fan in bathroom or shower. No room extras whatsoever (kettle, cups, fridge etc.) No control of heating. Staff spoke little if any English. Local restaurants expensive.

Agradable. El hotel es confortable, esta razonablemente limpio, sobre todo bien comunicado y cerca de algunos monumentos. El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor. Tiene 5 plantas. Elegimos este hotel porque iba a correr la maratón de Paris. Como sabíamos lo del ascensor, en la reserva solicitamos una habitación en una planta lo mas baja posible y nos la dieron en la peor posible: la 5ª. Ni a propósito. Solicitamos posibilidad de cambio pero nos dijeron que estaba lleno y no era posible. La wifi es gratuita pero solo es accesible desde las plantas más bajas. Hasta nuestra habitación no llegaba la señal. El personal del fin de semana de trato más bien indiferente. El lunes ya estaban los que parecían los dueños y fueron más amables. No probamos el desayuno por lo que no podemos opinar. Indicar que le día del maratón solicité un café y tuvieron la cortesía de invitarme. Un detalle.

cabinet de toilette + WC trop petit. Surtout porte vitrée sur salle d'eau + WC : très désagréable et incommode surtout pour WC. Immeuble trop sonore (ou alors j'ai eu la malchance d'avoir des voisins très bruyants) pratiquement pas pu dormir les 2 nuits passées à l'hôtel. Extrêmement fatigués, nous avons dû écourter nos visites dans Paris. C'est bien dommage... pour le prix, on aurait bien aimé pouvoir dormir...
