I lost things in this hotel”
I lost my underwear that is my favorite, I lost my towel and expensive mini umbrella in this hotel. I did not put much attention in my underwear so kinda rub it off but I just realized that I lost my towel and mini umbrella when I switched to different accommodation

Basic transfer hotel undergoing refurbishment”
A basic transit hotel, close to Orly. Shuttle only operates early morning and evening. Taxis will not take passengers as it is too close to the airport. The receptionist had great difficulty in understanding that the seven rooms booked in my name would be paid for separately and that each person would decide whether or not to have breakfast and/or book the shuttle. Obviously she is used to groups where everyone does the same thing. Checking in 13 people in 7 rooms took nearly an hour. Rooms at the back are noisy, quieter rooms are even numbered. A taxi, instead of the shuttle will cost the same as the shuttle for 4 because, although the distance is short, there is waiting time while loading and unloading cases and a charge for the cases.

Airport shuttle early morning or late evening only. Taxi drivers refuse to take passengers as it is too near so there is no alternative getting from the airport there. Taxis available from the hotel to Orly. Payment in advance, breakfast and shuttle booking at check in, which can be a slow process. Lift very slow.

The quality of this hotel compared to the one I visit in Germany is very low. Staff when we arrived at the reception was extremely rude and could not speak one word of English nor German. I will be travelling to Paris on a regular basis but not planning to stay in this hotel any more due to these reasons. Note: Paris is an international city and staff at the reception unable to communicate with customers and also being unfriendly is disappointing. The quality of room/ bed etc was below par.

Shuttle from airport only operates early morning and evening. Day hours you must use tram (20 mins walk away). At night taxi. Otherwise very nice budget hotel.

Okay for one night”
Wanted to get something close to the airport yet we still had to pay €30 for a taxi as the bus never came! Very small rooms! As I said it was okay for one night, as we had been travelling for 30+ hours and just needed a bed!

Bueno hotel barato y buena ubicacion”
Nos quedamos solo una noche en la espera de nuestro alojamiento en Paris. Llegamos muy tarde esa noche, por lo tanto lo usamos solo para dormir, y nos parecio muy comodo con buen personal. Creo que es un buen hotel de paso.

chambre lit double pour 1 personne, literie convenable, par trop de bruit malgré la route très proche, ménage impeccable, petit déjeuner français en buffet très bien hormis les croissants qui ressemblent plutôt à du pain de hamburger. Les touristes étrangers vont se demander si c'est vraiment ça que les français appellent les meilleurs croissants du monde.
