Hidden Gem”

A lovely hotel off the main roads therefore nice and quiet also closely located to cadet metro so u can easy get round the city. Room a bit small but bed is comfy and you sleep like a baby. The staff are awesome can’t do to much too assist and make you stay more convenient. Was amazing stay.

A room and bathroom size was quite small but it was okay but after seeing the bathroom, I was a bit shocked because it seemed like they forgot to clean. Several hairs on the shower booth floor and wall, a used soap also left on the basin and a rubbish bin also wasn’t emptied. I couldn’t be bothered to go to the reception so I decided to clean up by my self. The next day, the room and bathroom were cleaned properly. Staff was friendly. Shuttle to the airport is also cheap and convenient. There are lots of nice restaurants near the hotel.

Unsatisfactory rooms ”

Having viewed the rooms via multiple websites, on arrival the rooms were nothing alike. No one escorted us to the room. We were just ushered to the back of the building passed a staffing area to then open a door which lead to a space which serves as an outdoor toilet & smoking area! This is where our room was situated! A white PVC patio door is what seperated us from the guest using the outdoor toilet or smokers! On entrance the bed was centered ahead of the room. A very tiny room. No space to maneuver or empty cases. The bathroom area was to the LH side of the room, cold, grim & mouldy... Every flush & shower from other guests in other rooms, gushed behind our rear wall where we lay to sleep! A hotel next door were doing work so the mornings are filled with the sweet sound of drilling & hammering. Totally unsatisfied with this hotel & experience. Will not be recommending to anyone I care about & will be looking to sort some reimbursement or refund!!!

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to my worst enemy. When we checked in they told us they had given our room away because someone changed their mind, we got given a room on the first floor directly above the kitchen, the kitchen staff arrive early for their shift, the music and noise from the kitchen was enough to wake the dead, the room's floor was on such a slant our luggage rolled from one side of the room to the other without pushing it, No ironing board, had to ask reception for an iron, the bathroom was designed for super models, our son who is 6ft 6 couldn't shower for 2 days because he didn't fit !!! The only good thing about this place (besides leaving it) was the guy on the reception desk, he was very helpful.

WORST HOTEL AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER”

I would never ever recommend this hotel to any travelers. i made booking for 03 pax including an infant and the reservation cost is fully paid already. They didn't inform us earlier about the refundable deposit that should be paid and also by euros. However the client had Dollars and they were willing to pay them using dollars until he changes, but they didn't allow them to check in until they pay by euros. The guests waited until 07:00pm with the infant crying in the cold. no humanity, awful customer service. around 0730pm only they allowed them to check in and that is also after they asked their friends to bring Euros for them. This is just a refundable deposit, they could allow When i question this, they were talking like they are the kind and the king, but they are zero in customer service. i even requested them to allow check in the mother and the infant, until father changes the money. absolutely inhuman and the rooms were very small and washroom is not clean. unhygienic

The toilet is extremely small and obvious dirts were found on carpet. Bed sheet were never replaced in 5 nights stay. Lift was not functioning in sometime. Staff is friendly though.

UNFORTUNATLY HERE THEY COLLECTED A DEPOSIT AND FINALLY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE. KNOWING THAT YOU WILL NEVER COME BACK TO COLLECT. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL REGRET. ONCE AGAIN THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST AFTER MONEY AND NOT THE SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMERS. THE VERY FIST DAY THE DOOR OF THE LAST ROOM AVAILABLE COULD NOT CLOSE AND THEY REFUSE TO REIMBURSE. I HAD TO WAIT FOR A TECHNICIAN AFTER 10 PM TO COME AND REPAIR A BROKEN DOOR. WELL I WAS VERY TIRED. VERY WICKED PEOPLE. EVEN SAVAGE. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THANKS

Closet? Think again. Literally, there were two hangers hung from the pipe of one of the radiators. You can't make this stuff up.

Tower seem like very old n dirty. The advantage of this hotel is good location, 800m away from Gare Nord and 1.2km away from Lafayette and Opera House

Nice place ”

It was interesting to stay there. A welcoming atmosphere and workers. It was funny try not to step on the nail in parquet :) One thing that I didn't like - there was no good water pressure in rhe bath .. But almost everything was ok - we took it only for sleep at night, not to live there.

I will just confirm all the previously written NEGATIVE review! This place is terrible and nothing like it seems in the pictures, I actually guess it must have couple of really "nightmare" rooms and these are the ones who moved all the bad reviews.. floors are uneven, not fixed, missing pieces . Cleaning conditions are not even commentable, there is mold all over the place and nothing works really properly, you need any of the neighbors breathing !! Just don't do that to yourself ..

The carpet(s) in the whole hotel had stains everywhere. Really disgusting. The shower had molds and rust - I didn't shower that night I stayed. The wifi connection was very, very bad. I've never checked out earlier than the actual check-out time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Not a 3-star hotel - rather 1 star.
