My 15yr old daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights in October 2022. It was our first trip to Paris and the montparnasse area felt safe and friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Alesia metro station which was is a 20 minute journey into the centre of Paris so the hotel was really well situated for us. There are several lovely cafes and bakeries nearby which we used for breakfast and a monoprix which is like Tesco Express and is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean, the room and facilities were perfect for our needs and the staff at the front desk were really friendly and patient as we practiced our French with them! We arrived early and left our bags there before we went off to explore and did the same after checkout which was much better than trekking around with suitcases. We had a great time in Paris and would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are very clean and neat. As this hotel is in Paris, don't expect very spacious rooms. Rooms are compact but very well maintained. Location is very good. There is a connectivity of metro station around 500 meters and bus stop is next to the hotel entrance. Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. This hotel is having strange rule of submitting your room key to the reception while going out. But it is completely safe. You may feel that location is quite lonely at night but again it is completely safe to travel even after midnight. Safe for women travelers also. Overall very nice experience.

The staff was very helpful with one of our traveling mates who could be difficult to del with at times. The location was perfect for seeing things along the southern edge of Paris as it was close to the Tram 3 line!

We had a room for 3 with 3 single beds and it was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Close to the metro, good neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars.

Four nights exploring Paris”
We spent four great nights here in a quiet room overlooking a beautiful inner courtyard. Small but super functional room. Comfy bed. Friendly and very helpful staff. Centrally located, we spent most our time in the area and in Latin quarter, St Germain, and Montmarte. Metro train only blocks away and one train to access these neighborhoods. We walked a lot too! Nearby great bakeries, restaurants and cute shops, we’ll definitely be back!

Attentive staff, clean room, good bakery nearby (Lea&Gilles). 1 block away from metro both left or right but it’s manageable if you don’t have much luggage. Will definitely stay there next time.

First of all, I really like this hotel because of how new the room is and very well organized. staff were very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Location is about 8 mins walk to subway line 4. I stayed for only 1 night So I was really satisfied how I was treated there. But in the next morning I found out that I and my sister got horribly bitten by bedbugs. It was really terrible I got rashes all over my uncover body parts and very itchy. 3 days later I’m still healing from it and it’s not getting better. I’d like the hotel get rid off bedbugs asap because it’s very serious problem.

Convenient hotel”
The hotel location is very convenient for a great value for money: easily accessible from CDG with RER B and subway, not far from Montparnasse train station, 2 different subways stations close, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and other facilities around. Room are small but was clean and enough for visiting or business trip. Ask garden side for less noise and be awaken by birds. Staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. No amenities except body, shampoo.
