Clean, good hotel”

+Hotel and room are very clean. The room cleaned daily. Bed was very comfortable. Room has tea and coffee. Shower is super. +Breakfast was good. Tea, coffee, juices, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, butter, croussants, cakes, very delicious and fresh breads. -Wc position was weird because of towel radiator. -Breakfast has not included vegetables (tomato, cucumber) -Agoda show the price include all taxes. but this is big scam; city taxes wanted when you make check out. this is not hotel's fault offcourse. Agoda must show it in the price included or not included.

Hotel was expensive considering it didn't include breakfast. Aircon wasn't working very well and our friends in different room had the same issue.

scruffy entrance, (and really scary access from the garage), tiny elevator, defective bathtub faucets. Breakfast overpriced at 15 euro, motel 8 decor inside. Staff was mixed batch - some had no idea about their own city as far as sightseeing was concerned, some were very helpful. this hotel displays 4 stars, but it is in reality a budget hotel and should have 2 stars. it was satisfactory for 2 stars, it would be dismal for 4 stars. don't expect 4 stars below 100 euro per night :)

Decent hotel but the room is slightly small ”

As soon as i arrived i felt welcomed to the city of Lyon. My check in was fast and I was soon in my room relaxing and planning my next move. I had some work to do on arrival and the desk was huge and easy to work at. I ordered some refreshments and all was good in the world.

Nice boutique style hotel ”

Lyon is the food capital of France as we were told. We had a wonderful experience. We were fortunate enough to come across Les Halles during our self directed orientation of the area and found it to be the greatest food market ever. Try the Foie Gras Macaroons. This hotel isn't the closest to the main town but is manageable if ya wanna go that route. We opted for a scooter on our second day. Staff were courteous and mainly out of the way.

Central location, great service”

We had a great time staying in Hotel Roosevelt. We were there with a large wedding party, & they went out of their way to help accommodate everyone & all of our requests! The room was very comfortable & a good size. We were very happy there.

Estuvo muy bien! El a/c estuvo malo todo el fin de semana, pero el hotel trajo ventiladores e incluyeron el desayuno gratis. Esto lo solicité yo, y ellos no pusieron ningún problema.

Une pause reposante”

Nous avons fait une halte sur Lyon, venant de Paris et allant sur la côte d’Azur. Nous avons pris une Junior Suite pour 3, chambre entièrement refaite à neuf avec goût , propre, calme et literie enveloppante,. Petit déjeuner avec produits maison. Ce fut une pause très reposante et ressourçante avant de repartir le lendemain matin. Nous recommandons s vivement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
