We had stayed at the hotel 4 nights. I was wondering why the hotel is 4 star where the experience highly deserves 5 star. GreaT location, very helpful staff and super stylish and clean rooms. I will definitely revisit.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel, with one caveat”

Le Ballu is a small, posh, intimate boutique hotel in a stellar location. The staff can be slow to respond by emaiI (for instance, a request for a dinner reservation was not answered until after the date requested) but when I called for a quick something they were gracious and responsive. I loved my room and the bed was SO comfortable. Unfortunately, my last night I received bug bites. I emailed them about it with pictures on June 23rd, but have not had a courtesy reply even. Disappointing, as there is so much to like.
