Boutique hotel in center of Paris”
We stayed for 1 night in June 2022. Overall a small boutique hotel Positives: Excellent location - very close to a shopping mall and a very busy metro station (with multiple metro lines). Also lots of F&B options / supermarkets nearby Helpful staff - Staff was courteous and answered all our queries. They were also gracious to change our room when we requested a change due to the size of the room Good facilities - All rooms have a safety locker / hot water kettle (not common in Paris), spacious elevators (helpful to carry luggage upstairs) Negatives: The room allotted to us (Room 1 on first floor) was very small. Upon our request our room was changed to Room 2 (next room) which was only (very slightly) bigger than Room 1 but had a limitation of broken window which could not be opened. We were OK since we didn't intend to open the windows anyways (being on first floor and views of an internal lane). Not sure of how the other rooms in the hotel are

Well located hotel”
The Hotel is very well located on Place D'Italie area. 3 Mins walk from the nearest Metro entry, the station passed by Metro Line 5, 6, & 7 which can directly take to almost all the tourist's point of interest area (Eiffel, Arc De Triumph, Louvre, etc). Hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurant and fast food chains (KFC, McD, Subway), this is very good especially for asian with numbers of Japanese, Indian, and Vietnamese restaurant - less thing to worry if you have your kid with you. There's also a nice mall on the Place D'Italie where you can find some food stalls, shopping (especially kids & winter clothing - something surprisingly was not easy to find even in Champs-Élysées), and especially for kids they will be enjoying the La Grande Récré (Paris version of ToysRUs) in the mall. The Hotel's staffs are english speaking and very kind. They're offering some additional services that more comfort to the visit such as Seine river cruise ticket (same price without queuing), Airport taxi (we have 6 persons travelling and it's for sure a real bargain). The only cons i can find is the small room that was a challenge for me carrying 2 big luggage. For family with kids, i would recommend to get a larger room. Other than that this Hotel is a good bargain especially with a free WiFi all around the Hotel :) Certainly will visit again.

Lovely stay and good value, definitely recommended”
We stayed one night at Hotel La Manufacture. It is very conveniently located a metro interchange with 3 lines, connecting to the main train stations in Paris (Gare du nord, l'est, montparnasse, austerlitz...), and all the main sights. The staff were incredibly helpful, finding and preparing a room for us to rest in as we arrived early in the morning before the official check in time. They were all very sweet, showing us the best places in Paris to visit and teaching us how to use the metro. They also kept away some perishables in the fridge for us as there was no fridge in the rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, the windows also shut out most of the city noise. We'd stay there again.

A Very Polished Hotel”
La Manufacture is one of favourite hotels in France and excellent value for money. Easy to find (2 min from d'italie metro) Nice decor and room comfort (though quite small) Strong and free wifi (a very rare find indeed!) Friendly staff with excellent English English newspapers! We'd definitely seek it out again next time we're in Paris.

Wonderful staff... great location”
the staff were wonderful. they are very helpful whenever we asked them of the best way to go to a certain place. we spent christmas in paris and we found chocolates on our bed during christmas eve. the room is small, just enough for the double bed and so as the toilet, but clean. i had to place my luggage no the table because there's no where else to put it. it has 2 working lifts and considerably big. it's a no-smoking hotel, but i was advised to just open the windows. however, they offered me a room with a balcony. this hotel is just right at the back of the municipal hall. about 2-minute walk from place d'italie station (exit 4 is the nearest exit). there's mcd, kfc, and other nice restaurants around. it also has 2 cinemas and a mall nearby. we didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

I stayed only one night in this hotel and I must say I got a very nice deal thanks to Agoda. The hotel is located near the Place d'Italie area, I could rest very well the room was clean and quiet.

Near the metro station”
The location of this hotel is very convenience. Only 2 minutes walk from the exit 4 of metro line 6. Room is clean and bright. When we check in the hotel, the staff is very good to service and willing to answer our questions. But the night time staff is total difference, no smile, just throw the room key on the reception desk and even not willing to answer any question. One important suggestion, if you have heavy and bulky luggage, don't use the RER and metro To and from airport,going up and down the stair way is an unforgettable memories. Overall, hotel la manufacture Paris is a good hotel.

small cozy room and beautiful”
we checked-in late night,the first impression of the hotel was quite pleasant. as we checked-in the room,i felt very comfortable,cozy and very warm. the night was very quiet. next morning when we were going outside for breakfast, the staff at the counter gave us very useful informations about the trip in paris even though we didn't ask her first. i strongly recommed this hotel to other ppl.and i also like hotel charges,quite resonable. the location of the hotel was also very convenient.

|Charming single night in Paris...”
I was only in Paris for one night to have a little wander after on my way back to London, heading back from Brittany, I did not expect to find such a lovely little hotel in my price range! The rooms are small, cosy and perfectly formed! And service was friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the area, it was lovely to explore, and there were so many lovely restaurants within easy walking distance, I would stay there again!

Nice hotel, close to Metro”
The hotel is very close to metro station Place D'Italie (3 minutes walk). There are many restaurants, bars, bakeries around. There is a supermarket (open until 22:00). The staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but nice and clean. I would go there again.

Nice Hotel in a good location”
This was a nice hotel about 15-20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower (by train). The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was definitely not a King as anticipated and the rooms were small, but everything was adequate for our 3 night stay. The staff was very helpful in planning our sightseeing trips around Paris.

Great Location but very2 small Hotel”
La Manufacture Hotel is located close to Place de Italy Metro station. You can go to many Asia and Chinese restaurant around the hotel, within walking distance. Nice staff, Nadine will offer you so many option for tourist attraction, such as cruise at Seine River, Eurodisney. Eurodisney is discounted when you buy from hotel. The room is very small.

Well maintained hotel, with spacious room (if you are staying in the top with the view which was so worth the money), very clean, delicious and generous breakfast and finally good location. The area around the hotel is nice and safe, but it takes some time to travel to the main tourist attractions. Loved the room.

Extremely comfortable bed”
it was the most comfortable bed during our whole trip in europe, dry linen and very comfortable mattress. the surrounder area was under construction, but the room was noise proof. staff at reception area is helpful. we had the best croissant in paris at the cafe next to mcdonalds at vincent rd. however, the bathroom is extremely small.

Small hotel with great location”
You can easily reach the hotel through an easy bus and metro ride. The room space is small especially if you are carrying 2 big luggages. You need to strategize in opening your bags as it takes up space. Having an elevator and an option to eat breakfast at the hotel will make your life convenient. Although there are lots of restaurants which is just 5-10 mins walk only. They offer free beverage (tea/juice( at the lobby but never got to try it. It is an old building so don't expect high end elevator and nice flooring. The carpet is already old as well. Bring your own room slippers. It is in a nice location but as a female traveler, it's scary to walk alone on the streets if get that dark or you walk early in the morning. Learn to ignore and walk faster to return back to hotel safely.

Comfortable Hotel with small rooms”
Hotel is located close to a police office and only 1min. walk away from the nearest Metro station. The hotel staff is very friendly and whenever you ask them they are very helpful explaining the best way to take and giving you recommendations.
