Amazing. We went to Paris to celebrate my 30th birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The room was gorgeous with a beautiful terrace that looked out over the street. The neighbourhood was classy and had plenty of great food options. It was about a 10,15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower, then another 15 minute walk to Champs Elysées, which took about 30 minutes to stroll down to the Arc de Triomphe, then another 15 minute stroll back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place, absolutely loved it! The staff were super friendly too!

Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but to be expected in Paris. Not much of a view. Very quiet. Got a good price for the room, and on arrival was given a free upgrade to a room with jacuzzi. Reasonably good location with several eateries and Kleber metro station a short walk away.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the Avenue Champs-Elysees. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was an additional charge and I just used the nearby cafes for breakfast as they were cheaper.

Very disappointed with this hotel and its staff. We booked a room with a spa and balcony. When we arrived we were taken to a room with neither of this extras that we booked with the room. The staff said they could give us the room with the balcony and spa but they wanted us to pay more money. NO WAY we had already paid for this when we booked. I would not stay here again nor would i refer any of my colleges. Extremely disappointed in the rooms and the staff - they were only interested in getting more money from the guests.

This hotel is not safe. I lost sunglasses in the hotel room (my sunglasses in glasses box on the table, the next day, I found only glasses box), the only hotel cleaner into a room, first hotel staff told me cleanup crews worked here for more than ten years, and then change the statement said that this was a new cleaner. But they didn't offer any solutions and told me that there were cases of luggage theft at the airport baggage service. Fortunately, I took my cash and card with me that day. I just left my sunglasses in the hotel. The sunglasses cost around 300 and there was no apology from the hotel, which said it was common to lose things. I will never choose this hotel again.

Precies wat ik zoek in een hotel waar ik kort verblijf: een goede ligging tav de highlights van de stad, een nette kamer (hoeft niet groot te zijn) met een goed sluitende deur, net sanitair, schone handdoeken en een goed bed. Daarnaast zijn de medewerkers zeer bereidwillig om de gasten te helpen en het hen naar de zin te maken. Complimenten aan één van de vrouwelijke medewerkers die van Spaanse afkomst is, een paar jaar in Nederland heeft gewoond en de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst. Een zeer service-gerichte en helpende dame. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt omdat ik graag op straat ben en eet. Maar daarover kan ik dus niet oordelen. Wel een 5 ingevuld in de beoordeling omdat ik anders niet verder kan en Kleber een hoge waardering verdient. Ik was met mijn dochter van 15 jaar die voor de eerste keer in Parijs was. Zij vindt Parijs en Hotel Kleber met één woord "Magnefique!". Ik heb Hotel Kleber aangeraden bij familieleden die op korte termijn plannen hebben om naar Parijs te gaan.
